Supplying, filling Sand in foundation and plinth with well watered & rammed including cost,conveyance & royalty of sand , cost of all labour, T & P etc. complete as per the specification & direction of Engineer-in-charges.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6)using 4cm size B.H.G(C.B) metal including all cost, Conveyance and royality of all materials cost of all labour, cess T&P watering and curing etc. completeas per the specification & direction of Engineer-in-charges.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size hard granite chips for R.C.C. Work. (per Cum) frT & P, watering, curing etc. complete. As per Direction Engineer In-Charge.

Fly ash.Brick masonary (1:6) on superstructure including cost, conveyance & royalty of all materials, cost of all labour,labour cess, T & P, watering, curing etc. complete. As per Direction Engineer In-Charge.

12 mm thick c.p (1:4) with punning on wall surface etc complete As per Direction Engineer In-Charge.

Fixing tiles & Glazed /Ceramic in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tile including cost of precast tiles etc complete.As per Direction Engineer In-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing vitrified tile 60x60cm plain Ivory 8 to 10 mm thick in floors of approved make confirming to IS : 13755 with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed confirming to IS : 15477 of 3mm thick bed and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, takes labour T&P etc As per Direction Engineer In-Charge.

Supplying,fitting & fixing TATA durashine G.I Trafford sheet in roof drilling holes in wind tiles including fixinf of ridges valleys wind ties including cost of G.I sheet etc complete

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for providing Mild Steel tubular posts and Trusses and base plates made out of ERW tubes, Grade YST 210 conforming to ISS no.1161/79 (3rd Revision) duly painted with red oxide primer etc. complete..

Painting two Coats with approved Enamel paint on new wood / iron work including cost of precast tiles etc complete.As per Direction Engineer In-Charge.
