SH- I , Variable Refrigerant Volume/Flow system All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract & operation of variable Refrigerant flow module Type air conditioning system (complete Airport Building) of Blue Star make complete with inverter compressor (multiple twin) compressor suitable for 410+- 10%, of variable Refrigerant Flow(VRF)/VARIABLE Refrigerant Volume (VRV) type air conditioning system of following capacity modulation complete with individual remote controller & centralized controller, interconnected refrigerant piping, full charge of refrigerant gas R410a & oil, control & communication cabling etc. as per detail given in specification & having following items. (a) Outdoor Unit VRV /VRF type outdoor units equipped with highly multiple (at least twin) scroll compressors with full inverter type compressors (s), special heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting and capacity as mentioned below. (i)60 HP Heat Pump Type (Cooling & Heating)=1 No (ii)40 HP Heat Pump Type (Cooling & Heating)=2 No (iii)12 HP Heat Pump Type (Cooling & Heating) =1 No (b)Indoor Units Each Indoor unit consisting of: Floor standing Package Type Indoor Units Connectable to VRV/VRF System having 48mm external Static pressure, address setting, multispeed fan & water lift-up mechanism insulation, pipe connections, fresh air intake, necessary galvanized steel supports, vibration isolation arrangements, corded remote etc. of following various capacities as per specifications.(total 08Nos. of different capacities) consisting of centrifugal fans, fan motor, DX cooling coil outer sing, filter, Central controller i/c remote etc. of different capacities as mentioned in the specifications.
