Arrangement of Safety equipments for the protection of staff to working in the deep pump house. Equipments are mask, safety goggles, safety belt, helmet , safety shoes etc.
Dismantling of existing conveyor belt with the help of tool & tackles, labour and lift out the same with the help of hydra.
Supply of gear box with ratio 25:1, suitable for site requirement. make: premier/Elecon/Greaves/DJB approve
Supply of drive sprocket (15 teeth x 25.4 pitch) simplex.
Supply of driver sprocket (26 teeth x 25.4 pitch) simplex.
Supply of simplex roller chain 25.4 pitch. make:- Diamond/DJB approve
Supply of squirrel cage 1.5 HP, 4 Pole PEFC enclose motor suitable for site requirement. make: Crompton/Kirloskar/DJB approve
Repairing of both are conveyor belts drive system of Inlet Bar Screens & Partial flume chamber Screen by replacing of bearings of head drum, tail drum, snub pully, trong head ideler, returner ideler with G.M bush as per existing sample. Taking out rollers from both are conveyor belt at work shop for machining work and repairing of all other minor equipments i.e. tightening of nut bolts, welding/cutting works etc. This jobs also including fixing of above mentioned equipment.
Replacement of Chequre plate of following size Size:- 1. 0.76 m X 0.58m X 0.01m = 2Nos. 2. 2.00 m x 0.81m X 0.01m = 1 No. This job Including dismantling of old damaged plate & P&F of new chequre plate i/c cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat all complete.
Supply & fixing of conveyor belt of size (6 Mtr x 0.6 Mtr) and as per the site requirement.
Supply & fixing of conveyor belt of size (9 Mtr x 0.6 Mtr) and as per the site requirement.

Complete Painting charges (1 coat primer and 2 coat epoxy) of conveyor belt system as per standard and direction of engineer incharge.
