Supply , Installation, Testing and Comissioning of factory assembeled double skin central evaporative cooling plant having specifications as per A, B, C, D, E

A. Air washer comprising of 2nos Pre-Filters. First filter shall be 50mm thick Aluminium wiremesh filter & second filter shall be 50 mm thick MERV-8 synthetic media filter with efficiency 90 % down to 10 microns. Both filters to be placed over the common frame.

B. Humidification section comprising of Wet pads 200 mm thick impregnated cellulose paper media ( Celdec pads ) with 2 bend PVC eliminator. The End plates of Pad & Eliminator shall be in SS 304 construction. Also, the inner blank offs of Wet section shall be in SS304 construction.

C. Fan Section comprising of belt driven, DIDW Backward curved AMCA certified centrifugal fan with maximum air outlet velocity of 10m/s suitable for required cfm at 50 mm static pressure (Total static of the unit shall be verified by the OEM before the design & supply of the units). Fan & Motor should be mounted over Aluminium channel of suitable thickness and should be isolated from the unit's bottom panel by means of Spring isolators.

D. TEFC High efficiecny IE-3 class motors as required with pulley, belt , Guard

E. The unit shall be fabricated with frame work hollow extruded aluminium profile with 0.80 mm preplasticised GSS on outside and 0.80mm 275gsm plain GSS on inside complete with 25 mm thick CFC free PUF insulation of minimum 40 kg/cum density sandwiched in between inner and outer skins. Unit should have MS powder coated legs to give height to unit's base channel from the floor surface. SS-304 ( 18 g ) Sump, UPVC Internal piping, make up, drain & quick fill and drain connection, Butterfly/Gate valves for pumps, make up, drain & quick fill and drain connections of sump, 2 no. Vertical Pumps of suitable capacity to be placed inside the unit's housing (external pumps are not acceptable) ,Y strainers and necessary fittings, Concrete Blocks / M S stand, anti vibration pads etc.as required. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

SITC of Wall mounting cubical type Starter panel made out of 1.6 mm thick sheet steel powder coated enclosure designed as per Switchgear OEM type -2 coordination chart and suitable for operation of following cfm range Air Washer's Blower motor, pump comprising of over load protection relay, short circuit & single phasing protection, ON / OFF push buttons, ammeter, voltmeter, indicating lamps, MCB etc. complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

Supply , Installation, Testing and Comissioning of site fabricated ducting made from GI sheet metal conforming to IS:277 with a zinc coating grade not less than 120 GSM (both side inclusive) & fabricated as per IS:655 and as per approved drawings & designs including the cost of hangers, supports, angle, expansion fasteners , closed cell neoprene gasket T&P etc. as required of following thickness. Test Certificate for Galavanizing with lot no. to be submitted. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

SITC of IP-42 and general construction confirming to IS:8623 : 1993, wall/ free standing floor mounted dust and vermin proof compartmentalised cubical panel as specifications and Other parameters required as per point (a) ,(b), (c),(d), (e), (f), (g), (h) as below:-

(a)Thickness of CRCA sheet shall be 2.0 mm, cable alley compartments having concealed hinged type doors with key type lock with / without detachable extension type structure. Removable 3 mm. thick sheet steel gland plates with appropriate size of knockouts for cables shall be provided

(b)complete panel shall undergo a process of degreasing, Water rinsing, Activation, derusting, pickling in acid bath, phosphatising & shall be subjected to nine tank process and then Powder coated with approved shade of minimum 70 microns on both side of panel. The panel having PE foam/ Neoprene rubber gasket of not less than 3mm thickness ,required hardware , concealed hinged door with key type locking arrangement for equipment/switchgear earthed with 2.5 sq.mm braided copper wire.

[c) Interconnection between bus bar and switchgears /cable shall be rigidly supported and made out by flexible copper wires (up to 63 amp ) and by solid bus bar (>63 amp ) . control wiring will be carried out with 1.5 Sq.mm, Earth wire with 2.5 Sq.mm and CT with 2.5 sq.mm flexible copper wire only. All joints / interconnections of copper bus bar shall be dully tinned . Clearance between main bus bar and risers / metal parts shall be at least 10 mm additional to width of bus bar Bus bar is insulated by Heat Shrinkable sleeves . Earth and Neutral bus bar shall be half of the size of phase bus bar. ( Cost of Bus bar / Flexible wire for Interconnection between Main busbar and Switchgear is to be Paid Extra )

(d)Wiring between components within switchgear and Incoming / outgoing cable shall be done through the terminal block only. Direct connection shall not be permitted. Each terminal block shall be one piece moulded, barrier type, 650 volt grade, complete with washers, heads, studs with two nuts and identification strips and shall have adequate continuous current rating. For tap-offs, adjacent terminals with shorting strips shall be used. 10% Spare terminal blocks shall be provided. Wire identification on marking strip shall correspond to the designation of the wiring diagrams. All wire terminals on the equipment shall also be marked with designation corresponding to those of the wiring diagram.

(e)All wiring shall be enclosed in plastic channels and neatly bunched and closed in metering chamber, Wiring between terminals of various devices shall be ‘point to point’ (no wire splitting or tee connections) with wires neatly trucked along the back of the panels, adequately supported to prevent sagging.

(f)Floor mounted panel shall be mounted on Base frame of ISMC channel size 100 x 50 x 5 mm ( to be paid Extra )

(g) Tests: The insulation resistance (with 1000 V Megger) and High voltage Power frequency test (by applying a voltage of 2.5KV for one minute) shall be measured between phases, between phase and neutral and between phase and earth. both before and after high voltage power frequency test. The insulation resistance shall not be less than three megaohm. CT Secondary current injection test shall also be carried out.

AIR HANDLING UNITS FOR OT VRV SYSTEM

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated double skin type Air Handling Unit as per specifications given below:- AHU Construction:- The casing shall be self-supporting type, factory fabricated & assembled made of extruded anodized aluminum hollow sections to make a rigid frame structure. The frame shall be assembled using pressure die cast aluminum joints. The self-supporting unit shall consist of sandwiched panel made out of 0.8 mm thick pre-plasticized / pre-coated GI sheet outside & 0.6 mm polished stainless steel inside duly factory fabricated insulated with 43 mm thick PUF insulation in between as specified. The Entire housing shall be mounted on Extruded Aluminum channel framework having pressure die cast aluminum jointers or the framework shall be joined together with corner plates Condensate. Drain Pan shall be constructed of 1.25 mm Stainless steel sheet with 19 mm closed cell insulation (nitrile rubber / xlpe) with all corners welded with uniform slope from all sides leading to drain pan ensuring no stagnation of condensate water.

Fan & Motor:-Plug type centrifugal fan (with Min. 75 % efficiency) with blower motor, drive and flexible duct connection. The fan motors shall be suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 50 ± 5 % HZ, 3 phases TEFC SQ. Cage induction motor. The motor shall be specially designed for quiet operation & motor speed shall not exceed 1440 RPM (IE3).

Coil Section- The cooling & heating coil shall be made of aluminum fins and copper tubes of dia.12.5mm or 16mm OD. The minimum no. of fins / cm for cooling coils shall be 4.7 & for heating coil it shall be 2.4. The bonding of aluminum fins with copper should be done hydraulically. The tube thickness shall be 26 G & fin thickness shall be 37 G. The cooling / heating coil should be tested for leaks at a hydraulic pressure of at least 10 Kg / sq.cm. for a minimum period of 3 hours at works. The velocity across face should be limited to 152 meter / minute. Coil shall be designed for following parameters: Chilled Water IN / OUT ‐ 44 °F/ 54 °F.

Pre Filter Section:- Cleanable metallic viscous type filter made out of aluminum wire mesh or of dry cleanable synthetic type minimum 50mm thick, shall be provided on the suction side of AHU as a standard equipment with the unit. These filters shall have the efficiency of 90% down to 10 micron particle size. When these filters become loaded or full of dirt, it is removed from service and replaced by another filter. The dirty filter can then be washed in a cleaning solution in a tank, dried and then given a bath of viscous oil. Face velocity across these filters shall not exceed 155 MPM.

Fine/microbe Filter Section:- These filters shall have efficiency of 99% down to 3 micron particle size as per EU standard. Face velocity across these filters shall not exceed 155 MPM.

Accessories:- Fan should be complete with all accessories including flexible fire rated canvas connection for duct connection, drain valve ,auto air vent valve,descaling valve, not return damper etc. as specified in the specification.

Note:- AHU shall be complete with Discharge plenum section & Mixing Box comprising of damper. AHU to be provided with Standby motor and drive set. FM AHU having Prefilter section and Fine/microbe section, 6rows deep DX cooling coil, and discharge plenum, 120mmwg static pressure.
