M&L hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm with broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for100mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete chequrred tiles of size 30cmx30cmx25mm thick machine pressed , set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick /stone massonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of spoils/ demolished materials not exceeding 50m and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring,and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection. Plinth protection shall be laid in alternate bays n exc 2 sqm, 10 mm thick joints shall be provided, joint shall be filled with bitumen mastic, bitumen mastic shall comprises of 1 part of hot bitumen 85/25 and 3 parts of sand all by weight finished cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or any thickness as in roof covering, wall cladding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently , without connecting plates etc. ( cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of the length indicated) of Fe 410W ( Gde-250) quality B complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wall surface and applying two coats of acrylic exterior weather resistant paint (weather proof paint) of tint as approved over a coat of primer and including applying wall care putty of 1mm thick average thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exceeding 4 Sqm but not exceeding 6 Sqm each including builders hardware complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1.25mm thick pressed steel frame of size 105x60mm for doors/windows with single rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates, filling in PCC !:3:6 type C-0 in hollow portion etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel framed works as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hangings also fastening and fixing etcconforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and steel based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and steel based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in wall as in waste/soil pipe etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully aluminium/ copper point wiring for light/fan/ socket/bell or power point incl. All fittings i.e. switch, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, batten holders, etc. complete removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody site or handed over to contractor as schedule of credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked, with multistranded copper conductors and earth continuity wire with 1.5 Sqmm cable (including connecting to earth dolly) laid/fixed in and including concealed in PVC rigid conduit on walls/ceiling, and also including sunk type pressed steel teRminal box made out of galvanised iron sheet thickness not less than 1mm and 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top covers for One light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one number one way 5 Amp switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs building security light bracket made of GI pipe 40 mm bore medium grade (bend to shape), 2.00 metre long and fixed with Ms flat iron clamp(clamp shall be 40 x 5mm), nuts, bolts and washers on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Destello suspended LED box type fitting pre wired including LED tube 25 Watt connecting up with PVC insulated and sheathed 1100 V grade flexible copper cable including making good provision of suspension from ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling of existing AC duct carefully and making good surfaces as disturbed height of ceiling duct not exceeding 9.00 metre and depositing the Duct to MES storeyard.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 16 sqmm 3 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry river sand in cable trenches as in cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)
