Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal (22 SWG, make--sail/Tata) rectangular/ round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.
Supplying and fixing of 19 mm thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class "O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required. Make - Armacell / K Flex / A-Flex.
Supply & Fixing of thermal insulation of the duct running in non ac zone with 75mm thick expanded polystyrene finished with 12 mm thick sand cement plaster.
MS structural work with 40x40x5mm & 50x50x6mm MS angle along with necessary welding arrangement for fixing of duct above roof top.
Special Terms and Conditions 1. It is stated that the above work place is existing COVID Hospital, In case of any mishap or accidental to any staff that deputed by the agency the whole responsibility is to be borne by the concern agency. 2. The Agency shall be responsible for provisioning of all COVID safety measures including regular sanitiziation of work places, vaccination of employees and compliance of stated directive and COVID appropriate norms. 3. All the issues related to the safety of the staffs should be taken care by the agency itself. (Defect Libilities period for 01 year from the date of completion of work) (Rate should be quotated including all taxes and duties)
