Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description and any thickness on brick ,concrete or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for rough cast plaster on brick wall consisting under coat of cement and sand mortar (1:4) not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish even, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying one coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices and applying Two coats of premium quality exterior emulsion paint over priming coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down etc and applying one coat of premium quality exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on old plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices and applying Two coats of premium quality exterior emulsion paint over priming coat of exterior primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment, by using mechanical steel brushes and preparing un-decorated surface of wall or concrete surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and greasy spots, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement base primer on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old plastered /unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement base primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair to RCC ceiling, sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams, roof slab and similar RCC work at any position/height by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports if required and stitching of cracks with mild steel U clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block stretcher with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work where ever required and finished with10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The Extra area of 300mm around the actual affected area will be checked and repaired and only repaired portion will be taken for measurement.

M&L Preparation of old wooden surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint over, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of previously treated/untreated surface of chequred or interlocking tiles and applying two coats of indigo washable floor paint over a coat of priming paint with 30-40% water, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of concrete/kerb stone and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for a coat of primer with alkali resistant on walls over old/new bricks or concret surfaces before exterior emusion painting of any pattern (Plain or Rough surface) and same make, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new/ old platered surface of Walls or concrete surface (Plain or Rough) and applying Two coat of All Weather Exterior Emulsion Paints in Camouflaging Pattern @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm as per new Sigma pattern generated by Station Authority and RGB Values variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The % of the colours and shades may change as per pattern without any financial effect.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius , buit in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes (Medium duty) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/floor with and including clamps, nut bolts including dismantling of old outlet pipe etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies 25mm thick type B0 (1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate), (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:6 including all mouldings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repair curtain rails, mild steel, chromium plated including fixing brackets, both ends decorative nobs, rollers etc. , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness, size, quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins / spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F sheet glass 3mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with wooden beads in square not exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F figured glass 4mm thick, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in square not exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
