Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.00 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.00 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in hard/ dense complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m depositing where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and spreading in layers dry clean river sand for cable cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm depth before laying the cable and 15cm depth after laying the cable punned down to a depth of 10cm above the top of the cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Thickness of sand will be measured after punning down ie 18cm shall be measured for payment.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in coping, pedestal of poles and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed, with and including use of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles in a truly vertical position complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.00 metres long) with and including providing 3Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black and yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted black ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5cm large bold letters 2” wide complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty electric cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 10Sqmm, 4 core laid in trenches/ passing through pipes & ducts/ road crossing/ on pole & wall including jointing material such as lugs, cable glands, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havell’s/ Polycab/ Universal. Note: Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule ‘A’.

Material and labour for light grade 40mm dia GI pipe for cable protection laid in trenches/ fixed wall/ pole with all fittings complete all as specified and directed. Make: Jindal/ Zenith/ TATA.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as directed.

Supply and fix flood light, Lukar LED 200watts energy saving long life, exclusive, innovative pressure die cast aluminium flood light with high power COB LED as light source, suitable for height lighting complete all as specified and directed. Make: Lukar cat No LFLCOB200 or equivalent make in Crompton Greaves/ Havell’s/ Philips/Bajaj.

Supply and fix flood light, Lukar LED 150watts energy saving long life, exclusive, innovative pressure die cast aluminium flood light with high power sleek series LED as light source, suitable for height lighting complete all as specified and directed. Make: Lukar cat No LFLSL150 or equivalent make in Crompton Greaves/ Havell’s/ Philips/Bajaj.

Supply and fix single piece moulded SMC box of size 270mm x 225mm x 135mm (model sintex GSJB3126) consisting of one TPN MCB 10Amps and one 4way connector, including all necessary fixing arrangements for fixing to walls with necessary clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size complete all as directed. Make: Sintex cat No GSJB3126 or equivalent make in National.
