ROOF COVERING WORK
Supply and Fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of BMT not less than 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and Fix fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting 2 mm thick with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer or self tapping screw in roof, wall etc, all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for reinforced elastromeric liquid water proofing compound membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of roof surface in three coats @ 10.76 ltr /10 Sqm. One coat of self priming of elastomeric water proofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3 :1 i.e. 3 part of water proofing liquid and one part of water) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid. The dry film thickness of complete allocation/ system should not be less than 500 micron complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The treatment shall be carried out through authorised representative of manufacturer.
CEILING AND LINING WORK
Material and Labour 16 mm thick of size 600x600 mm mineral fibre false ceiling system of pattern classic lite RH 99 (bevelled tegular) including grid system using hot dipped galvanised steel section, exposed surface with pre-powder coated capping, main runner and cross runner and to comprise main tee/runner 15mm x 38 mm size (load carrying capacity 14 kg/sqm) spaced at 1200 mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffit and flush fitting 1200 mm long cross tee/runner to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to centre from 1200x 600 mm module, cut sub cross tee/runner 600mm require independent support. Wall angle of size 19mm x 19mm, secured to the periphery of the wall at 450 mm maximum centres. Grid shall be suspended at every 1200 mm centre to centre in both direction and starting from wall at the distance 350 mm from wall by using 3.50 mm dia aquiline wire with suitable fasteners and hook clip complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and Labour for 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination, fixed with anodised aluminium (powder coated) snap beading to aluminium frame work in cup board shutters, partitions, shelves and similar work. Complete all as specified and directed
FLOOR FINISHES AND PAVING WORK
Material and Labour for 5mm thick PU based anti static flooring complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturer instructions consisting of following steps / stages :- (a) Surface cleaning:- Cleaning of surfaces free from dust, dirt, moisture & all foreign material from the floor. All floor is to be cleaned by means of scrubber. Acid itching, if reqd and water wash is to be done. Then the oil/ grease is to be removed from the floor using Hot compressed air blasting machine. For floor cleaning all mechanized equipments are to be used like scrubbers, sanders, hot blowers, vacuum cleaners, moisture test machine etc. (b) Cutting & filling cracks:- Cutting of existing cracks in ' V- shape' groove (minimum 5cm) by use of diamond cutter to have perfect plane surface without breaking the edges, removing dust by power blower/ compressed air and removing rubbish material outside of MOD land and filling the grooves with epoxy mortar as per manufacturers instructions.
(c) Primer: Providing and applying low viscous epoxy primer having a volumetric ratio of mixing of Resin and Hardener in equal volumes to provide a DFT of around 200 microns. (d) Screed: Providing and applying self levelling screed (epoxy modified mortar) with polymer to aggregate ratio not exceeding 1:4 by trowel to the desired thickness of 2700 microns. The layer is to be desecrated by spike roller to dislodge air pockets. (e) Copper tape GRID : Providing and fixing of 100 microns thick, self adhesive (conductive type) copper tape to ensure quick transfer of charge (Make: 3M or equivalent) including connecting copper wire / tape and earthing etc required to get the desired result. The spacing of copper tape Grid shall be approximately 5 m x 5m C/C both ways. (f)Conductive primer: Providing and applying PU (polyurethane) based conductive coat having a volumetric ratio of resin and hardener in 4:1 to yield a DFT of 100 microns. (g) Self levelling course of PU (polyurethane) top coat : Providing and applying PU based conductive self levelling top coat (high gloss, chemical resistant and light reflective) containing antistats to yield a thickness of 2000 micrones and surfaces resistivity which will not exc 10⁹ Ohms. The cured surface shall be tested with Mega ohm meter as per ASTM F-150 to check the readings as per the design. (h) Joints ( Construction/Expansion/Dummy):- Raking out old decayed/damaged existing sealing compound from the joints of any size and cleaning the joints thoroughly by removing dust, dirt, foreign material etc, and making good the existing damaged joints edges on each side of joints in cement concrete floor by cutting around to true vertical surface by using diamond cutter etc and removing the debris and other foreign materials outside MD land including necessary preparation of surface by cleaning the sides and bottom of surface of joints by using compressed air, and applying epoxy primer and fill the joints with using polyurethane sealant ( single component) of approved make with colour matching to the pu floor complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for preparation of new PU antistatic floor surface/ steel surfaces and marking of lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc with two coats of polyurethane based paint of approved shade with surface primed using epoxy based solvent free compound all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.
Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and directed.
Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg., of cement per square metre complete all as specified and directed.
Material and Labour for vitrified light shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.42 Sqm but n exc 1.0 sqm in floors etc. set and and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) finished even and rough to receive the top layer complete all as specified and directed..
