Dragging of ST Pole, digging of pit erection of sub-station type double pole structure on ST Pole with fixing of necessary item such as Top Channel, along with grouting (As per RESPO Norms) Dropper Channel, 11 pin insulator with Pin & 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting, DO Fuse set its ramming as per RESPO Specification. Only Pole and insulator will be Provided by the Department.

Laying of 3x185 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE cable by drill method as per RESPO Norms. Only 11 KV XLPE cable will be supplied by Department.

Cable Hosting of 11 KV 3x185 sq. mm XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as Per RESSPO Norms. GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor. Only 11 KV XLPE cable shall be supplied by department.

High pressure testing of 11 KV 3x185 XLPE cable along with arrangement of High Pressure equipment.

Making of Heat & shrinkables joints of following sizes and types in 11 KV XLPE cable(Only Jointing kit will be provided by deptt.)

(i) Outdoor/Indoor end termination kit for 11 KV 3x185 sqmm XLPE cable

(ii) S/TH end termination kit for 11 KV 3x185 sqmm XLPE cable

Painting of new erected ST pole with two coat of Red oxide paint, PO red paint at top of pole 2 mtr and balance by two coats of best quality aluminium paint ISI of Berger/Nerolac/Asian paints as per norms. All material provided by contractor.
