Addition Alteration of PVC Wall Panelling and Gypsum False Ceiling alongwith Replacement Fitting and Rewiring for specialist Examination Couches (Med Spl, Surg Spl, Anaes Spl and Minor OT to Surg Spl Chamber) in Bldg No T-450 (XXXXX) of XXXXX at ZMS

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, in scantlings, clean sawn timber as in un framed work and including dismaling of old ones,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power), complete excluding fittings but including switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling, floors etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed FR-LSH cable, 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked, with multistranded copper conductors and earth continuity wire with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable (including connecting to earth dolly) laid/fixed with and including PVC Casing and Caping on walls/ceiling, and with PVC switch board for mounting switches/socket etc for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one number one way 5 Amp switch complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item serial No 8 here-in-before but for One 3 pin 5 Amp socket combination on independent board with other switches.

All as per item serial No 8 here-in-before but with 2.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor cable and earth continuity wire with 2.5 Sqmm cable for 6 pin 15 Amp socket outlet on independent board.
