M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles (approved shade and design) area of each tiles not exc 0.36sqm, as in floors and skirtng, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including dismantling of old tiling fixed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.
