Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to any distance outside the periphery of the area cleared.nlcuding carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all works upto plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand): 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all works upto plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacturer.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete.
