Supplying and filling in plinth with river cum sand under floors, including watering ,ramming consolidating and dressing complete

Providing and laying in position cement cum concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering, including strutting, proping etc., and removal of form work for column, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts

providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls , walls (any thickness) including attached pilastress,columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttress, sting or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc, upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing-1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 course sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Supplying and fixing of steel grill work of angles, flats, squares and pipes including cost of welding charges, fixing in position in masonry walls with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 course sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) including one coat of priming coat etc., complete.

providing and erecting precast RCC compound wall of 5cm thick cost in with RCC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 10mm and down size) with required reinforcement with TMT bars. The vertical precast RCC 1:2:4 post of size 0.12 x 0.12 x 2.1m reinforced with 4 Nos. of 8mm dia TMT bars longitudinal and ties with 6mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c of the interval of 1.85m with a foundation concrete of 1:3:6 mix of size 0.35 x 0.35x 52mm over a leveling coarse concrete of PCC 1:5:10, 10cm thick. The precast panel wall of size 1.9x 0.3x 0.05m made up of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 12.5cm c/c for main rod and 6mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c for distributors is to be provided for a required height. The joint between RCC post and panel wall is to be pointed with cement mortar 1:3 .The rate to include all the material and labour charges, etc., complete as direct by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint of approved brand on steel surface after thorough cleaning of surface to give an even shade. sqm 69.59
