Upkeeping of floors, walls, doors & windows of ESP MCC control room, central office and fire station once in a day and disposal of debris to dust bin as directed by the Engineer at site, including labour charges, cost of all materials such as brooms, dust bin, leads & lifts, etc., complete.

Upkeeping of floors by mopping in ESP MCC Control Room and central office once in a day and disposal of debris away from the site as directed by the Engineer at site, including labour charges, cost of all Materials such as brooms, dust bin, leads& lifts, etc., complete.

Up-keeping of toilet rooms by flushing water closets, urinals, wash basins, cistern tanks, side walls, passages, etc. in ESP control building and common toilet near chimney as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of disinfectant/ cleaning liquid, phenoil, bleaching powder, naphthalene balls and consumables such as brooms, bucket, mugs, cleaning brush etc., leads and lifts etc. complete, but excluding the cost of water which will be supplied by the department at free of cost.

Operation of valves for potable and service water supply in ESP control room, Central office, dispensary, coal sampling room, fire extinguisher room and Chemical lab etc, attending petty repairs in potable and service water pipe lines including all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, leads & lifts etc. complete but excluding cost specials.

Up keeping of main drains running along the building sides and disposal of silt, slush etc to the nearby dust bin as directed by the Engineer incharge including all labour charges, hire charges for Tools & Plants, safety appliances, leads and lifts etc, complete.

Clearing the jungle growth and stocking the cleared debris of vegetation nearby area as directed by the Engineer at site including labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, leads and lifts etc. complete
