NOW Smart City project in NDMC area. SH Providing and fixing SS litter bin for hazardous dry wet waste in NDMC area under Swachh Survekash 2021

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and fixing up to plinth level precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, and the like including the cost of required centring and shuttering with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Three J-hook and two nos. chemical fasteners of hilti make of size 12mm x200 mm and as approved by Engineer in charge for lifting/handling hook shall be embeded in C. C. block and as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer -in -charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supplying and fixing retro reflective sheeting grade -IV as per ASTM-D:4956-07 in two layers of approved colour over stainless sheet/ACM/Aluminium sheet complete with necessary adhesive and pressure method etc. The base of layer Type-IV sheet shall be on full face of stainless sheet /ACM/Aluminium sheet duly pasted in required colour and top layer of retro reflective sheet shall be of grade-IV with words/directions, arrows, signs shall be pasted over base sheet complete etc. as per drawing, make (Avery or 3M) and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment shall be made for flat area of sheet).

Fabrication, Supply and Installation of SS 304 Grade center mounted dustbin (tilt type) of size 375 mm dia. X 573 mm high and 1.6mm sheet, supported on tubular structure pipe dia-50 mm of 1.6 mm thickness, 6mm thick MILD STEEL base plate fixed with 50 mm (OD) structure pipe 2mm thick tube by welding by using dissimilar metal welding rod (Welder should be TUV certified), 4 numbers of knobs made on CNC/VMC machine to hold plastic bags. Dustbin base should have perforation and circular cutting made on laser cutting machine. NDMC logo with engraving letters of dry/wet waste in bilingual language to be marked on the specified location as per drawing through laser machine on S.S. plate of size 150mmx100mm of 1.60mm thickness. Dustbin should be complete in all respect as per drawing and as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (Capacity of Dustbin 60 liters appx.). For payment only weight of stainless steel bin shall be considered and nothing extra shall be paid for accessories such as nuts, bolt, M.S. Plate, J-Hook, required chemical fastners of HILTI make of minimum size 200mm long embeded in concrete block etc. and final drawing and design of bins shall be as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

X 573 mm high and 1.6mm sheet, supported on tubular structure pipe dia-50 mm of 1.6 mm thickness, 6mm thick MILD STEEL base plate fixed with 50 mm (OD) structure pipe 2mm thick tube by welding by using dissimilar metal welding rod (Welder should be TUV certified), 4 numbers of knobs made on CNC/VMC machine to hold plastic bags. Openable flap of size 350mm x 2mm thick with stopper and spring hinge, 25x3mm thick and 35x3mm S.S. strips shall be made. Dustbin base should have perforation and circular cutting made on laser cutting machine. NDMC logo with engraving letters of hazardous/dry/wet waste in bilingual language to be marked on the specified location as per drawing through laser machine on S.S. plate of size 150mmx100mm of 1.60mm thickness. Dustbin should be complete in all respect as per drawing and as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (Capacity of Dustbin 60 liters appx.). Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading the same at any C&D waste management site within 25 kms. Lead i.e. Shastri Park/Burari/Mundka including weighing at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedure /rules of the C&D waste plant. The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the Agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department production of only original cash reciepts.
