REPAIR CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE SEPTIC TANKS SOAKAGE WELL AND MANHOLES IN TECH AREA AT AFS PATHANKOT

Cleaning/clearing and Maintanance of sewage lines, including CI stacks, including under ground sewage lines any depth by removing any type of blockage from sewage drain upto and including 300mm dia by rodding or any other means from manholes to manholes or from trap and flusing with water after cleaning including manholes. Sludge/sludge water to be disposed off through sludge in form of semi solid/loose state will be disposed off by burring with in any distance outside the perphery of defence land including taking off manhole covers and refixing the same after cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The operation shall be executed/carried out as under. Note:- The contractor shall keep the sewage line functionally throughout the contract period in Technical area .Any kind of sewage cleaning device such as sewage cleaning Mechanical Pump / Vehicle including in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Cleaning of septic tanks including removal of sludge/waste material(dewatering) by mechanical equipment and disposed off out of MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blocked WC/Gully traps, floor traps including and upto first manhole by mechanical equipment as well as flushing with clean water make the WC seat operational, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking off existing manholes covers & cleaning of manholes depth exceeding 1 metre but n exc 2 metre by de-watering and taking off the rubbish / sludge etc., removing the same up to 50 m distance and put into newly excavated pits of suitable size and covering with excavated earth and placing back in position the removed covers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking off existing manholes covers & cleaning of manholes depth not exceeding 1 metre by de-watering and taking off the rubbish / sludge etc., removing the same up to 50 m distance and put into newly excavated pits of suitable size and covering with excavated earth and placing back in position the removed covers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe SGSW pipe set in cement mortar incl. Haunching and bed concrete for 150mm dia SWG pipe and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for bed to drain pipes including packing under, and hunching in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate against the side of SGSW/RCC pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm dia bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for salt glazed stone ware pipe of 150mm internal dia, grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed with neat cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required all complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime moratr including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and prcast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour brick work excpet brick with sub class ‘ B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius build in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than half brick thick), built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metres wide and not exceeding. 1.50 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for providing cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations,filling and massconcrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete1:2:4 type B1, including necessary formwork using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping/benching etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding if required and removing of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cemet plalster in cement mortar 1:4 over concrete/brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- WPC to be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for preparing the newly plastered surface by rubbing, washing down with water and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint with one coat of coloured primer in camouflage pattern (four) or more shades complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge incl necessary scaffolding and other safety arrangement to work at any height at site if required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing pre-cast cement concrete landing, cover slabs for manholes, chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation/clearance of mud / vegetation from mansoon drains not exceeding 1.50m wide not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out and Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing 70 mm thick factory made precast RCC manholes covers including precast frame of any size & shape ( Squre/ rectangular/circular), light duty , conforming to IS 12592, Fixed at site etc including demolition / dismentling of the existing manhole covers and deposited and all as complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and Fixing 50 mm thick factory made precast RCC manholes covers including precast frame of any size & shape ( Squre/ rectangular/circular), light duty , conforming to IS 12592, Fixed at site etc including demolition / dismentling of the existing manhole covers and deposited and all as complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and Fixing as in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs vitreous china squatting pan 'Orissa pattern size 580x440mm white with 'P' or 'S' trap and integral foot rest (excluding, flushing cistern and flush pipe) squatting pan including connection 'P' trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe and trap set in and including concrete and making good the flooring as per existing specification and taking out existing WC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white, with 'P' or 'S' trap (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to drain and to flushing pipe complete incl making good to floor to match with adjoining surface and taking out existing WC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing plastic water closet seat cover, black, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromioum plated or aluminium hinging device complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing repairs 10 ltrs discharge capacity valueless symphonic action type, PVC low level flushing cistern, with inlet, ball valve, float, PVC flush pipe of 32mm dia and handle complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs vitreous china WHB,white, flat back size 550 mm x 400 mm with a pair of CI brackets including chromium plated brass waste coupling 32mm dia and waste pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store and rubnbish of the permises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exe 0.11 Sqm but n.exe 0.18 Sqm, laid in floors set and jointed with neat cement slurry including 15 mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 ,pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base , surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for colour chequred cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick or equivalent size as in machine pressed set, jointed in neat cement slurry over and including sereed bed 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for 30 mm thick sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..

Material and Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base over rammed earth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for 60 mm thick Machine pressed coloured precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and sizs as directed, confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment as in floor etc. set and jointed with gray cement and no pigment complete including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing wheredirected at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25mm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
