Providing Antiskid Tiles of approved quality size, shape not less than 8mm on floor, skirting over a cement mortar bed 15mm thick of 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) approved make fix with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey/Sika/Pedelite/Rouf)/ white cement complete at all level as specified and directed. Cracks openings should be chiselled out to approximately 20 mm x 20 mm, and should always be undercut to avoid formation of a ‘V’ shape and cut back to a minimum depth of 15 mm and given a good mechanical key to apply Renderoc Plug/Sikadur-31 or equivalent product based per manufacturer's specifications.

(a) Removing white or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/ or scraping, sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm) (i) Thickness = 1.5 mm thick

f) Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture(two coats)and of required shade on new wall surface to give an even shade, over and including priming coat of white primer after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropings and other foreign matter and including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth.

Synthetic enamel paint, aluminium paint / bituminus paint on steel and other metal surfeces. i).Removing old paint from steel and other metal surface and making the surface even. a). With hand scraping

Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100m in width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper. a). With ready mixed "red-lead/ red oxide" primer.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. Supplying, fitting and fixing MAC blinds horizontal and vertical complete as specified and directed by the department at all levels. (A) Vertical blinds (a) Regular iii) 75 mm

SOLID PARTITION- Supplying, fitting, fixing of 66 mm thk solid partition wall which includes vertical G.I. studs of 50mm x 0.5mm thick fixed to floor and ceiling at 450mm c/c interval and horizontal G.I connectors at not less than 600mm c/c with the help of nylon sleeves and screws. The G.I partition frame shall be finished with 8mm thk Calcium Silicate HILUX Board on both sides fixed to the GI studs with 25 mm drywall screws at 230mm c/c. the boards joints are finished with joint paper and two coats of drywall topcoat at all levels including cutting for providing and fixing switch boards and other necessary fixures where ever necessary complete in all respect and as per design and as directed.

FRAMELESS GLASS PARTITION - Providing and fixing 2.4m high FRAMELESS GLASS INTERNAL PARTITIONS at all locations with 12mm clear tempered glass or as per elevation drawings enclosed with approved make of 316 grade patch connector S.S. fittings of DORMA/Ozone or equivalent make , fixed with S.S. screws or with fixing clips including necessary filling up gaps at junction, at top, bottom u channel make jindal and sides with required weather silicon with backer rod shall be inserted between alluminium section channel and glass as well as both inside and outside around the periphery of the glass to make the glazing water tight and air tight as shown in enclosed drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Glasswork including making suitable holes in the glass before tempering process of glass, for installation complete as per design drawings. The periphery shall have to be sealed both from inside and outside with silicon weather sealant to make the glazing water and air tight.The sealing of glass to patch connector hardwares with stainless steel fixtures as detailed in drawings. Silicon sealant grade shall be "Dow corning - USA" or " "WACKER - Germany" or approved equivalent as per the design requirement. The partition shall be aligned for the entire height and for the entire length by laser beam equipment to ensure 100 percent X-axis and Y-axis alignment. The glass joints must be properly sealed with weather silicon to make the joint water tight and air tight as well. as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

FRAMELESS GLASS DOOR- Providing, supplying and fixing of Frameless Single leaf/double Swing Glass Door of Dorma/ Ozone or equivalent make in glazing using 12mm thick toughened glass of Saint Gobain / or approved equivalent with die cast patch fitting with stainless steel cover including fixing of patch fittings, floor springs, locks, handles etc. using the hardware items as detailed, complete in all respects as per detailed drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer in charge. Single Leaf Door with Dorma or Equivalent Hardware’s as specified:- Swing Glass Door which includes each of Top Pivot PT 24, Bottom Patch PT 10, Top Patch PT 20, Floor Lock US 10, Strike Plate , Floor Spring BTS 75v, with pair of TGDIH SS Pull Handle 25 mm dia x 450 mm long and other accessories for self closing feature as per detailed drawings.

ANTIBACTERIAL FLOORING- Supply, Fitting and Installation of 2mm Thick Homogenous Vinyl flooring of Armtrong make and Diamond 10 Technology with PUR range including all accessories like welding rod strip etc installation complete as per approved shade complete in all levels. The product should to conform to Group "T" wear resistance as per EN649 clean room certified with Class "A" as per ASTMF 5100. The product should have flamabality resistance of Class BF1-S1, Slip resistance of Class R9 as per DIN 51130. The product should exhibit Anti Static behavior, resistance to Bacteria, resistance to Staining, sustainibility to Castor chair.

ICU FLOW CHART TABLE- Supply and installation of "Superior Furniture make with ISO 9001-2008 rating "ICU Flow Chart Table" unit low height storage cabinet of size 600mm x 600mm x 750 mm with a tapered top including 2 nos pull out tray and the lower part shall consist of storage unit with solid shutters, all made with 18mm BWR grade ply/MDF board (greenply/century or equivalent make), inside finished with 0.8 mm white laminate of Greenlam/Century/Merino make and outside and exposed surface finished with 1mm thk Anti bacterial laminate including soft closing hinges and drawer channels Godrej/Hettich/Haffle make for the shutters and pull out tray respectively. The cabinet shall be supported by lockable floor wheel and 2 nos ss paper clip on the tapered top, complete as per design and as directed by the department.

ICU STORAGE CABINET- Supply and installation of "Superior Furniture make with ISO 9001-2008 rating "ICU Storage Cabinet " full height storage cabinet of size 900mm x 2100mm x 450 mm with the lower part consisting of drawer units 0f height 150mm-200mm and the upper part consisting of storage unit with solid shutters, all made with 18mm BWR grade ply/MDF board (greenply/century or equivalent make), inside finished with 0.8 mm white laminate of Greenlam/Century/Merino make and outside and exposed surface finished with 1mm thk Anti bacterial laminate including soft closing hinges and drawer channels of Godrej/Hettich/Haffle made for shutters and drawers respectively complete as per design and as directed by the department.

Providing fitting and installation of RAM FABRICATE make (Bedside Curtain Partitions) ICU bed Anti Microbial curtains with U-Shaped & L- Shaped Anodized Powder Coated Pure Aluminium Cubical Tracks with Nylon Hooks including Polyester based Anti Microbial (4'*8') oval netted curtains of 18" complete as per approved sdade and design and as directed by the department at all levels. The powder coated aluminum channel is designed din such a way that it provides the strength for holding the curtains and minimizes the space constraints in hospitals and the curtains are designed in such a way that it would provide: Fresh air and ventilation to pass through from net at the top, privacy for the patients & to feel comfortable from outside disturbances, provide hygiene and enhance the aesthetic value of the hospital ICU.

Providing ditting and fixing of 30 mm thk BWP grade green/century/ or equivalent)solid core flush door with 6mm glass panels fixed on rebate on the face and timber beads on back. The edges of the flush door shall be finished with 6mm thk teak wood liping. Supplying installation testing commissioning of Bio-medical waste disposal system suitable for use in Covid ICU for disposal of all types of Hospital waste like PPE Kits, face mask, Gloves, etc. having capacity of 20Kg/hour strictly conforming to CPCB norms.

Any other unseen item of work which are not covered in the above items of this BOQ that may be required at site during execution having an estimated provision of Rs.92,91,198.00 (Including GST). The rates for such individual additional items of work shall be in percentage Above/ At Par/ Below the corresponding APWD SOR/ Market Rate Analysis etc. in proportion to the quoted lump sum rate of the bidder and the estimated provision. Note:- The amount against this item has been kept as a provission for any unforseen/ additional items of works which may arraise during the execution of the work, and is considered as one single job. A Lump sum rate is to be quoted against the job constituting the unforseen additional items of works and shall not be less than 10% below. Bids not complying to this shall summarily be rejected.
