PROVISION OF DG SET PROVIDING POWER BACKUP FOR SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE AT CGRA, MANGOOR HILLS AT GOA UNDER GE(I)(CG) GOA

Supply,installation,Testing and commissioning of 35 KVA diesel generator set directly coupled by flex disc and placed on common Frame mounted on Anti -Vibration mounting under acoustic enclosure with inbuilt complete remote monitoring control of 35 KVA capacity with IP 23 as per IS:10001/ 10002 ISO-3046, BS 5514 standard and Alternator as per IS: 4722 BS EN 60034-1 and other necessary standards including foundation as per manufacturer's recommendations. [Note:- Deisel Engine will be comply with present CPCB II Norms]

(a) Brushless Alternator rated 35 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging, 415V, 3 Phase, 4 Wires, 50 Cycles/Sec., 1500 RPM, stator winding of Double layer winding with pole pitch 2/3 and dynamically balanced rotor. Self excited and self Regulated with brushless Excitation conforming to IS/IEC 60034-1. Voltage Regulation of +/- 1% from No load to Full Load by using AVR(solid state device). Electronic Governor of class G3 and frequency variation not more than +/-1% as per conforming to IS-BS 5514. Insulation class “H” and should be sustained to Temperature rise in windings. Necessary protection to alternator from internal faults like under voltage ,over voltage,over load ,under/low frequency,short circuit protection against Line fault,earth faults,phase failure. Wave form/Total harmonic Distortion is less than 3% complete all as specified.

(b) Diesel Engine, Liquid cooled turbo charged with after cooler to deliver suitable BHP at 1500RPM under NTP conditions of BS 5514 and conforming to IS 10002, DIN 6271 & ISO 3046 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in any 12 hours continuous operation . Diesel engine of rated speed at full load electric start developing with system with radiator and including electronic governor control of class A1, engine control panel, lub oil pump, water pump, fuel tank, exhaust pipe with silencer and aoutomatic start with 12VDC motor powered through two Batteries each of capacities of 180AH inbuilt and suitable for alternator of specified capacity complete with fly wheel direct/flexible coupling and coupling guard complete with the following accessories:

(i) Radiator with blower fan or heat exchanger with guard. (ii) Pipe coupling for engine cooling system piping. (iii) Corrosion inhibitor coolant (iv) Paper element filters (v) Fuel filter (vi) Lube oil filter (vii) By pass (viii) Fly wheel housing and fly wheel to suit alternator. (ix) Engine bearing mechanism in fly wheel housing. (x) Shut off coil with safeties for LLOP/HWT/over speed. (xi) Dry type air cleaners and vacuum indicators. xiij) Residential silencers. (xiii) Stainless steel exhaust flexible bellows. (xiv) Motor driven priming pump. (xv) Battery charging alternator.

(xvi) Exhaust piping made out of STIC C class, MS pipe inclusive of all accessories and hardware, necessary supports scaffolding as per manufacturer's recommendations to sustain back pressure with rain cap. (xvii) Mineral wool insulation 2 inch thick suitable for 400 degree Celsius temperature cladded with aluminium sheet o 30 gauge for the entire length of exhaust pipe. (xviii) First fill of oil, coolant and diesel during commissioning and 12 hours testing. (xix) Interconnecting copper cabling of adequate capacity batteries control. (xx) Fuel pipe class STIC 1" /1.5" /2" dia - 01 lot (xxi) Self starter 12 volts DC. (xxii) Electric operated electronic governor. (xxiii) Fuel injection pump.

(xxiv) Electronic instrument panel, complete with all accessories as per manufacturer's specifications displaying the following:- (i) 12V Battery. (ii) Water temperature. (iii) lubricating oil pressure. (iv) Engine speed -1500Rpm (v) Engine hours (vi) Frequency. (vii) Voltage. (viii) Safety control (Trip and indication). (ix) High water temperature (x) Low lube oil temperature (xi) Overspeed stop

(xxv) Base frame: Sturdy, fabricated welded construction, channel iron base frame (duly painted) for mounting engine and alternator as per manufacturer's design alonwith AVM pads. (xxvi) Battery:-12 volts(1x12v Battery) DC, 180AH, maintenance free battery conforming to IS:14257 with leads & terminals (Make- Excide/Amron). (xxvii) Fuel tank: 10 hrs. full load diesel storage capacity fuel tank with mounting brackets factory made of 5mm thick HR/MS sheet with level indicator fuel inlet, fuel outlet, air vent, drain plug, in let arrangement for diesel filling fro exterior canopy (without opening its panel) etc complete all as specified and directed.

(xxviii) Acoustic Enclosure:- M & L for acoustic enclosure for the above 35 KVA DG set to reduce noise level to 75 dB measured at 1.0 meter distance for audible frequencies as per guide of Central Pollution Control Board and manufacturer's specification and comprising of following from authorised GOEMs of Gen Set manufacturer's specified :-

(i) Sound insulation : 100mm thick Rock wool (Density 64 Kg/Cum). (ii) Outer body : 1.5mm thick CRCA (iii) Door : 1.5mm thick CRCA (iv) Base frame : ISMC 300 (v) Inside illumination : 1 No.- 1 x 18 watt FTL fitting of make Phillips/ Bajaj/ Crompton.

(xxix) AMF Control panel:- Factory fabricated cubicle type, free standing, fixed on angle iron frame made out of 50x50x6 mm, Outdoor type, IP-52, AMF control panel, provided with removable rear panels & hinged front panel for easy accessibility, fabricated out of not less than 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet including two coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc and comprising of following:

Note :- (i) Cost of deisel / testing load & equipment, testing engineer, required for Load Testing of DG Set for 12 hours is deemed to be included in the aboved rate. No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for Load Testing of DG Set.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m deep and n.exc 1.5 m wide and getting out in soft disintegrated rock/ laterite rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply/ Lay dry river sand/ M sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- Punned thickness only will be measured & Paid]

Supply and lay cable cover LV type 1 flate size 250mm X 150mm X 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Panel board, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 200 Amps capacity, outdoor cubical type floor mounted factory made double door dust and vermin froof fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick fixed on angle iron frame made out of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm with cable chamber for individual feeders for incomming and outgoing connections, one set of indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse, multifunction intelligent panel meter etc and with the followings :-

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including required excavation and testing on including taking down old unserviceable materials complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel framed work alongwith galvalume sheet 0.5mm thick of size 4.0 x 3.0 x 3.5 Mtr for Genr shed for E/M installation and similar work including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, etc embedded in concrete / masonary complete duly painted with two coats of primier and one coat on synthetic enamel paint, drilling, bolting or reveting confirming to Fe.290 Gde-165 including fixing it on required surface with necessary cement and welding work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F LED Flood light 120 watt 230V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66protection, with impact and corrosion resistant with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

S & F LED Street light 75 W 230V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.
