Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished shahabad stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3 to full depth of tiles using crudeoil 10% by weight of cement including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm

White washing two coats using best freshly burnt shell lime in all the floors including cost of lime, Blue, Fevicol type gum, brushes,scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Distembering two coats oil bound distember over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all loboure charges etc complete ( Inner wall )

Exterior Emulsion in two coats with best approved colour including cost of materials & labour charges etc complete

Black board Painting two coats using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete

Painting the NEW iron works two coats with syntactic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including ordinary scraping using brushes and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Supply and fixing of NEW Door Window including all Charges etc for completed
