M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes using PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 40mm graded stone aggregate including packing under haunching against the sides of pipe after laid & tested for 150mm bore of pipes complete all as specified and direced by Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning & de-slugging by removing semi solid sludge from the sump well/ septic tank of any capacity of any depth of sewage pump installation/septic tank manually or machanically in foul condition including all necessary T & P required for removal of sludge and solid contents to any place outside defence land all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
Removing blockages including cleaning of Cast iron Pipes upto and including 100mm bore from kitchen/bath/wash hand basin /urinal/WC of any length upto gully trap in 1st manhole by rodding/choke remover manually or other wise including refixing of oval access door covers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
Removing blockages including cleaning of SGSW/CI Pipes upto and including 100mm bore in any length from gully trap to 1st manhole by rodding/choke remover, manually or other wise including removing and refixing manhole covers of 1st manhole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
Cleaning of CI/SGSW pipe upto and including 100 mm bore from urinal/WC in any length upto gully trap/ first manhole by rodding/choke remover, manually or otherwise including refixing of oval acces door covers, removing and refixing manhole covers complete all as specified direceted by Engineer in Charge.
Dismantling CI/PVC pipe 50/75/100mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Chrge.

S&F Vitreous china wash down water closet pan ( pedestal pattern ) white including connection to drain ( or outgoing pipe ) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, with flush pipe PVC 32mm dia and plastic seat cover closed pattern with flat bottom etc; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in suspended slab, beams, lintels etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
M&L for Pre cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Manhole cover including all necessary formwork and placing where directed by Engineer-in-charge(Except set in cement mortar) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.
M&L for MS TMT bars 8mm dia upto 10mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with MS wire not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 26,825.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material.
