Labour charges for assembling of template in correct position and alligenment for various equipment plinth and grouting the foundation bolt including cost of all material transport , labour,lead, lift etc, complete as directed by the dept. Engineer at site. (The templete will be make own arrangement by the contractor)

Fabriaction, galvanising and supply of foundation bolt and nuts with 2 nos.washer in High Tensile Steel including 10 cm L at bottom and 15 cm threading with 2 nuts and washers at top including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc. complete as directed by the dept. Engineer at site.

Providing and laying P:C:C 1:2:4 using 12 to 20mm HBG metal without form work including cost of all materials, curing, labour, lead, lift etc. complete. as per standard specification as directed by the dept. Engineer at site.

Re filling in foundation with excavated earth in layers not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and watered consolidated etc complete as per standard specification

Transporting the surplus excavated earth, debris etc away from the site to a lead of 5km including cost of all lead, lift, conveyance , loading, unloading etc. complete

Providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm downgraded HBG machine crushed metal for foundation concrete including form work, cost of all labour, materials, lead, lift, curing etc. complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS steel reinforcement for RCC works including labour for cutting, bending, tying and fixing in position as per specification including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, cost of binding wire etc.complete.

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M25 grade with a minimum cement content of 360 kg per cu.m for reinforced concrete structural elements under controlled water cement ratio with plasticiser using 20mm and downgraded metal including form work, but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.
