NON-PROGRESSIVE CLEAN ROOM WALL PANEL SYSTEM

Supply and installation of 50 mm thk. Clean room wall panel made up of 0.6mm thick PPGI sheet solid filled with PUF of density 40± 2 Kg/ Cum having steel profiles for reinforcement along the periphery of 1.2mm thk roll formed sheet or Aluminium profile for reinforcement suitably joint with each other to form a sturdy frame work. The inside clear height is Apprx.2.8m and up to 4m at few pop-up locations, inclusive of wall cut outs, case cuttings for switch sockets/MG up to a size of 200mm dia/200x200mm, support systems / modular joints / fittings with required 32 mm dia. conduits and including sealing of wall from all junctions to make it air tight, white/colourless siliconing of all joints inclusive of equipment’s and fixture junctions- of approved make. Including Site cutouts for the Pass boxes (1200w x 2100 H Max). All modular wall panels should have 1 vertical 32mm dia conduit at mid other then the required coordinated vertical and horizontal conduits. Vendor to submit shop drawing with all required hardware’s for client/consultant approval.

Supply & Installation of 50mm thk. PPGI filled with PUF of density 40± 2 Kg/ cum Walkable Modular ceiling system properly reinforced with additional stiffeners @ approximate 750mm C/C at shorter span in order to avoid any vibration/ sagging in the system, inclusive of hanger rods supports, siliconing etc. with required cut-outs / conduits along with supply and fixing of Powder coated sleeves up to dia of 200mm/ 200x200mm and making air tight with providing and fixing SS/GI powder coated cover plate at bottom and upper side with white/colourless siliconing at all junctions inclusive of equipment’s and fixtures. Ceiling support shall be up to a height of 2 to 3 mts from ceiling. Vendor to submit shop drawing with all required hardware’s for client/consultant approval.
