Fabrication, erection, grouting, plinthing & painting of double pole for 33 KV cable exposure on ST. Pole 11 Mtr long with fixing of necessary clamp channel ,angle 33 KV Pin & pin insulator making double ckt 3 phase 3 wire bus bar for separate cable with single core cable including electrode earthing , danger boared,barbed wire complete in all repect as per RESPO Norms .

Hoisting of 3x300 sq mm sizes of 33 KV single cable on existing/erected double pole including GI pipe 3 mtr long 6'' dia including jumpering,dressing of cable with required all necessary clamps and nut, bolts.

Digging of Pit in kachcha/Pakka land in 1.2 mtr deep 3 mtr long and 2 mtr wide for 33 KV ST/TH 3x300 sq mm and boxing with brick sand and stone slab as per norms.

High Pressure Testing of 33 KV cables/line as per norms

Fixing of cable marker and dipitching of feeder name and voltage on this

Plotting of cable layout rute on graph paper (i.e. depth underneath and distance from either side from prominent reference fixed point ) the reference point must not be more than 100 mtr.

Earthing of Equipment

Cutting shaping, laying and welding of riser strip size 50x6mm G.I strip of size 50x6 mm in between earth mat and equipments /structure for earthing (two nos Riser for each structure equipment individually GI strip shall be provided contractor )

Earthing of Indoor Equipment as per norms.(all material shall be provided by contractor)

Pipe Boring type earthing complete upto water level/ minimum 20 mtr deep from ground level complete Job with connection of quipment by 50x6 mm GI Strip

Fabrication & Erection of cable stand made of two nos MS channel 100x50x3 mtr. Long jointed to each other by means of 05 nos MS strip 50x6 mm of size 150 mm Long each by welding at equal distance interval as per norms and grouting in block of 300x300x700 completely providing two nos cable clamp also.(All materials will provide by contractor except MS channel).

Construction of masonry type plinth for 33KV VCB of size 1.6x1.6x1 M brick, sand, cement and stone grit including grouting of 4 Nos foundation Bolts for erection of 33KV VCB.

Isolator Structure-Fabrication of Isolator structure minimum 3.5 mtr overall height and 2.5 mtr above ground level as per RESSPO drawing, with help of M.S channel 125x65 mm two pieces of M.S channel joined to each other by M.S flat 50x6 mm, diagonally at the interval of 0.5 mtr and top & bottom of the structure. Grouting of Isolator structure in CC (cement ,coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) including supply of necessary T&P and painting os structure complete.(only M.S channel and angle provided by the deptt)

Lightning Arrestor/ CT structure : - Fabrication of lightning arrestor/CT structure as per RESSPO drawing with the help of 2 nos M.S channel 125x65 mm minimum 3.5 mtr long grouting 1 mtr deep from ground level in cc in ratio 1:4:8. complete in all respect.

Painting of all structures equipment.

Mounting of accessories/equipment on fabricated structure complete work with making proper alignment and tightening the work includes fabrication work if required for proper operation of equipment .

Construction of Control cable trench of size 150 mm wide 300 mm deep with brick work along with provision trench cover M.S strip at the interval of 0.30 M and M.S angle at both the edge of the trench.

Construction and fixing of trench cover0.5 M wide 0.75 mm thick with cement, coarse sand & stone grit in ratio 1:2:4 for covering of cable trench150 mm wide with provision of M.S Angle and MS Bar as per RESPO Norms

Supply & Laying of copper control cable of following sizes its proper dressing ,ferruling and connection with the system.
