Only labour for general servicing by authorised rep of manufacturer of DG Set 160 KVA draining out engine/ lubrication oil flushing and cleaning of oil chamber and pouring new engine oil after by opening of tappet cover / top cover tappet clearance setting with injector timing adjustment reaffixing of tappet/ top cover including replacement of tappet cover packing set, bonding and leak proof solution, oil pan / chamber gasket drain nut with washer including fixing of any other defective parts to be replaced at the time of servicing all as specified. Note:- 1.All worn out parts and oil shall be measured & paid separately under respective item. 2.The quoted rate is inclusive of all required tools and plants to carry out the work.

M&L for repairing decarburizing, manifolds exhaust system of DG Set 160 KVA and connected items including necessary nuts bolts washer etc with necessary masonry work reqd for above complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repairing cleaning/ servicing of radiator assembly of DG Set 160 KVA including descaling of tubes with cleaning agent and compressed air pressure including repairing of radiator core & tubes by brazing, soldering, transportation to workshop and back and re fixing and testing complete and making it leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for calibration of fuel pump assembly of DG Set 160 KVA at authorised workshop including replacement of governor barrel & plunger delivery valve, rack and pinion assembly, shaft, gear pump packing kit set, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of diesel tank of DG Set 160 KVA including replacement of worn-out pipe line and measuring scale and fixing in original position and make it leak proof with necessary clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of burnt/defective wiring system of DG Set 160 KVA and M&L for complete wiring of required size with sleeves thimbles, lugs etc for DG set complete all as specified and directed

M&L for servicing, repairing, maintenance of alternator assembly of DG Set 160 KVA by disconnecting alternator from DG set by disconnecting earth strip and LT cable connections and dismantling of the alternator assembly for the replacement of worn out carbon bush holder, with carbon bush, mospeds, rectifiers and refixing the same in original position complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement fly wheel ring of DG Set 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Disconnection and taking out the unservisable turbo charger assembly of DG Set 160KVA and taking to workshop, dismantling of turbo charger and replacement of repair kit reassembling and fixing back to engine and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for general servicing of DG Set 62.5/60 KVA draining out engine/lubrication oil flushing and cleaning of oil chamber and pouring new engine oil after by opening of tappet cover/top cover tappet clearance setting with injector timing adjustment refixing of tappet/ top cover including suplly and fixing of tappet cover packing set, shellac/ bostic tube, oil pan / chamber gaskit including replacement of any other defective parts reqd to be replaced at the time of servicing all as directed. (All worn out parts and oil shall be measured & paid separately under respective item)

(Note : Rate quoted by Contractor is included for the following spares parts including the required items. It any part is required to be taken out from the site to local work shop, the contractor has to make his own arrangement .No extra payment will be made at any cost) :- (a) Replacement of selonoied switch. (b) Repairing/Checking of complete wiring. (c) Replacement of ignition key. (d) Repairing of starter & rotor. (e) Replacement of bendix drive and mounting collar.

All as per item No 51 above but capacity 62.5 KVA.

Over hauling to Engine of 160 KVA capacity by dismantling , worn out parts such as cylinder head, Engine Liner/Sleeve, piston and piston rings, connecting rod, crank shaft and replacing with new parts as mentioned below :- (a) Piston and piston rings. (b) Cylinder liner/sleeve. (c) Connecting rod bearing. (d) Oil Seal major kit. (e) Packing major kit. (f) Valve and valve gaudge. (g) Assembling the engine complete including testing and commissioning for smooth running. Note : 1. All grinding/tunning/machinery works are included in the quoted rate with transportation charges. 2. Necessary tools and plants shall be arranged by the Contractor

Supplying, laying, testing, commissioning cable LT XLPE insulated and screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of Size 35 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete incl taking down old unsv from site all as specified and directed. M & L for Servicing of Alternator of 160 KVA capacity including opening / dismantling, cleaning and replacement of the following required spare parts and re-fixing/re-arranging the same on its original position including testing on completion all as specified and directed. (Note :- Rate quoted by the contractor is included for the following spare parts including the required items. If any part is required to be taken out from the site to local work shop, the contractor has to make his won arrangement on his own cost. No extra payment will be made at any cost) :- (a) Servicing of Rotor & Field coil. (b) Replacement of Electronic convertor / regulator. (c) Replacement of Bearing & bush (d) Re-winding of alternator (Rotor and starter)

M&L for repair & maintenance of oil fired incinerator which include following: (a) Descaling of gap between grates. (b) Descaling of primary & secondary chamber. (c) Overhauling of burner nozzle blast tube pump, diffuser etc. (d) Replacement of fule filter, cleaning of diesel tank and fule line. (e) Replacement of spark plug & Power contactor 220 volts with 16 Amps. (f) Overhauling of Blower Motor. (g) Repair and replacement of Flame sensor and burner control unit 220 volts.
