Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out Hard/dense soil

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point in soil all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed By Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Cement concrete Type C-2 1:3:6 as in surface channels and drains .

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

M&L Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete Type C-1 1:3:6 as as in levelling course for laying tiles including necessary form work.

M &L Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil .

Dismantling of old machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size of 80 mm thickness carefully without breaking the same and stacking properly complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C- 2, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base,path,surface channel all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Sand filling under floors for cushioning of including watering and consolidation

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in ceiling on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Laying only machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured rubber moulded any shape any size conforming to IS 15658-2006 retirived agunst item No 11 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured rubber moulded any shape any size with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 300 mm dia RCC Hume pipe CL NP-3 laid and jointed complete with collars complete.

M&L 600 mm dia RCC Hume pipe CL NP-3 laid and jointed complete with collars complete.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 cement concrete type C2 for bedding and sides of Hume pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in drain/ slabs, cantilever or supported on walls and small works like cubes etc.

Use & waste form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter

Use & waste formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete.

Use & waste formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete.

-Ditto- all aper item no 25 above but 6 to 8 mm dia, as in stirrups and spacers.

Demolition of Brickwork or boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete and removal of demolished materials from site.

M & L of cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete

M & L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M&L for one coat of glazed lacquer resin and hardener paint (polyurethane) (Make : Granotone) including prepration of old painted surfaces on brick, stone concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any discription over10cm girth not otherwise described.
