SCHEDULE 'A' PART I Comprehensive repair and routine maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of existing make Monarch/or any other make fully automatic electrical Dumb waiter & Passenger lifts of capacity 272/250 KG with power operated door simplex collective control system to serve (G+5), upper floors- COY /69- 01 No & NDIC/99- 01 No including repair/replacement of unserviceable minor parts such as bearings, bushes, all types of shoes, headers, hangers, door rope, door locks, control connector/ links, hall push buttons and its covers welding of cracks/ broken any MS items/ parts, repair/ replacement (in case of unservicable) mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock , COP buttons, car position indicator, car door sills and landing door sills, Fire alarm toggle switches, maintainance of VVVF drive and Auto Rescue Device, repairs of wiring & cables as per requirement for safe operation of lift, fixing of loose rail bracket with necessary masonry work, minor repair of cabin fan,binding of loose wire at control panel, dewatering of lift wells in case of emergency arise , any leakage from gear box or any other parts will be rectify by the contractor on priorty basis, any jerk during travelling observed will be attended and rectify the same etc,complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Total Lifts -02 Nos. Note : - (i) The quoted rates are deemed to be included Annual inspection of lift Inspector and submission of report to Deptt. (ii) Two mechanic shall be available in working hours for smooth functioning of lift. (iii) The rewinding of motor if required shall be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the deptt.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART II Material and labour for painting old painted steel surfaces degreasing, oiling and removing rust from metal parts from collapsible doors, cabin, machine beams, car top and platform of 1500 Kg/2000 Kg/3000 Kg of goods lift and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs steel wire rope 8 mm dia, 8/19 construction including necessary connection with pulley in machine room and shaft pit complete with clamp, nut, bolt, washer, etc 544Kg /1088 Kg complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repairs main steel wire rope 13mm dia 8/19 construction (Make - USHA MARTIN) including proper necessary connection with counter weight pulley and car cabin with clamps, bolts, washers, etc conforming to IS-14865 latest edition in Passenger lift of 544Kg /1088 Kg complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs centre opening door operating system consists of car header, rollers, hinges, motor, touched belts and stainless steel door panels suitable for centre opening 2 panels 1500 mm x 2000 mm door opening for 2000 Kgs goods lift at Dock master complex complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs VVVF door operator drive suitable for 2000 Kgs goods lift at Dock master complex complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs infra red sensors suitable for 2000 Kgs goods lift at Dock master complex complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs hall push button assembly including control/electric connection complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with 7 segment LED display with LPI/ LPC card of stainless steel face plate to match with the existing card/ control system, including cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface to match with existing surface for Goods lift /Passenger lift at dockard complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs emergency alarm system assembly on ground floor landing complete with PCB card, battery backup, battery charging unit and speaker including necessary control/electric connection wiring with COP and control panel complete all as specified and directed at Central machine shope and various other lift of Naval dockyard.

Supply and fixing in repairs travelling cable PVC insulated 16 core flat/round type with multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of size 0.75 Sqmm conforming to IS including thimbles suspended type freely move with car cabin up and down movements between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connectiion with Mid way junction and other connection required in circuit for passenger & Goods Lift at Naval Dockyard complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs maintenance free batteries sutaible for ARD including necessary connection like battery terminals of brass and copper lead heavy duty to connect the battery terminal of 12V DC,17/18 AH (04 Nos batteries) for each ARD complete all as specified and directed

Supply,fix and testing in repairs car operating panel assembly complete of any size with illuminated push button for floor position, alaram, non stop ,DOOR CLOSE ,DOOR OPEN, CABIN FAN, CABIN LIGHT, stop, attend out key etc including direction indicator with 7 segment display with CPI card and stainless steel face plate duly connecting with existing control and electric system complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs main VVVF drive unit suitable for 9/11.0 KW capacity in existing panel and connected with existing system including testing and commissioning complete for smooth functioning jerk free working of lift with all necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs main VVVF drive unit of suitable 15.0 KW capacity in existing panel and connected with existing system including testing and commissioning complete for smooth functioning jerk free working of lift with all necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs landing door comprise of 02 No power operated 900 mm centre opening panel by horizontal sliding made out of stainless steel panel 18 SWG with hair line finish (N-304 grade), flush type panel complete with hangers, headers gate lock aluminium sill etc for 08/13 Ps lift complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in –Charge

Supply and fixing in repairs car door comprises of 02 No power operated, 900 opening by horizontal sliding made out of stainless steel panel of 18 SWG with hairline finish (N-304 grade) flush type panels complete with removed headers, hangers, door drive unit with aluminium sill VVVF door drive unit for motor complete with all accessories control connection etc. suitable for 08/13 Ps lift all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in repairs side encosures on three side of cabin made from SS 304 grade sheet, 1.2 mm thick, hair line finish, and Stainless steel 1.2 mm thick sheet false ceiling with cut out for fan, fan grill, LED lights etc suitable lift cabin having 08 persons capacity, including safety instruction, Do & Dont board, emergency Numbers etc for as per existing width & depth in 08/13 PS AUTO complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing in repairs platform made from 3 mm thick formed 120 x 60 mm channel, covered with 5 mm thick aluminium checkered plate on MS Sheet and ceiling made from 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, in powder coated finish, as per existing width and depth for 08/13 PS AUTO complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing in repairs control panel in hinged MS powder coated cabinet, with control wiring comprising with multiple micro controlled programmed chip based, controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safeties such as thermal over load protection , over current protection, auto phase reverse link to each other in net work, and compitable to 11 KW / 15.0 HP capacity VVVF drive including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection including wiring of main motor with suitable size of standard copper cable etc. for 13 PS Auto door Passenger lift & Goods lift

Supply and fixing in repairs car /landing M S collapsible type manually operated midbar pickle type door with new roller, gibs, handle etc as per existing including applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer suitable for goods lift 2000/3000 kgs capacity lift installed at NAVAL DOCKYARD, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED light fittings, 5 Watt complete with and including LED, all accessories fixutres as approved by the GE.

Supply and fixing in repair over speed governor complete tripping arrangement mechanism 300 mm dia pulley with ball bearing suitable for 8 mm governor rope suitable for passenger/goods lift having different speed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cabin fan non oscillating type axial flow single speed 300 mm sweep, 240 volts, ISI mark with grill complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs pre interlocking gate lock suitable for collapsible type landing door complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 16-18mm thick mirror polished black granite slab, machine cut mirror polished cladding with chamfered/rounded edges approved decorative design including necessery PCC work granite slab & jointing in cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigement to match with shade of granite for lifts architrave at all floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs automatic rescue device ARD suitable for 2000 Kg lift with all components like transformer, batteries, control card etc complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE : The tenderer shall visit the site of work with prior permission of GE and ascertain the actual make, model of plant/eqpts and conditions of the plants and scope of work. Make and capacity of items of sapres of crane shall be same size and make of existing.
