Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work etc and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed .

S&F angle iron posts and struts in fencing, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc,including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality including fixing of flat iron & square bars complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only angle iron posts and struts in fencing as retrieved from Ser item No 01here-in-before complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly and contractor shall have no claim on this account.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires(steel wire), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and directed .

Supply only mild steel round or square bars ,flat iron conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality complete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made),diameter of neck 5 to10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair galvanised,2strand,steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire,staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed .

Raking out joints/pointing in cement mortar to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors,surface channels,roofs etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for flush pointing to brick work in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons etc (each layer) laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Bricks, sub class 'B', laid flat in floors, old size bricks, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bricks, sub class 'B', laid on edge in floors, old size bricks, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specificially provided for complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm using broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for sand filling under floor 25mm thick with washed and screened dry fine river sand including watering, well ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons etc,laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks,any shape and size, confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness,M-35 grade, laid with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Ser item No 24 here-in-before but except paver blocks. Note:- Paver blocks as retrieved from Ser item No 23 here-in-before shall be used.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb stone with plain fair faces, smooth finish, including chamfering, weathering, throating etc set in cement mortar 1:4 including excavtion and earth work for embedding kerb stone at a depth as directed and temping around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Preparation of new concrete / bricks surfaces of any description over10 cm width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved or plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc., and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls /concrete surfaces of any description, including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc and its removal from site complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 5mm thick rough cast over and including 10mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed . Note : The rough cast mixture shall consist of crushed stone / fine gravel aggregate, coarse & cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 over the rendering coat.

M&L for preparation of newly rough cast plastered surfaces of walls etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 70,916.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material. Please refer detail on srl page No. 20 (Schedule of credit) of Tender Documents.
