Material and labour for fabrication (Welding work) of MS Header of size 400 to 500mm pipe at various pump house site for arresting leakages on header including necessary fittings etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for fabrication (Welding work) of MS Header/ any size 300 to 350mm pipe at various pump house site for arresting leakages on header including necessary fittings etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for fabrication (Welding work) of MS Header/ any size 200 to 250mm pipe at various pump house site for arresting leakages on header including necessary fittings etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface dressing of uneven surface of natural ground, rough excavated surface not exceeding 15 CM deep for cleaning of area by cutting the unwanted bushes / vegetation growth in and around the area of installations / around the valve pit chamber / along the pipe line routes if required etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in supporting of pipes/stone walls etc. Including form work. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair cast iron fittings for spigot and socket ends for pressure pipe for water mains such as bends, tapers tee pieces single branch, cross collar, caps and plugs suitable for 200 to 300 mm bore, all specifications as per IS-1538 (Pt-1 to 23)-1976 and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No 7 above but upto 150mm bore.

Supply and fixing nut, bolts including washers as per existing. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Cast Iron Non return valve, conforming to IS-5312, suitable for 300 mm bore pipe, heavy duty ,both end flanged of pressure rating PN 1.6 and jointing with rubber or fibre board gasket with nuts, bolts and washers, welding wk including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for repair to leaking spigot & socketed joints of CI/DI pipe line by providing lead joints using fresh lead & spun yarn in position for spigot & socketed pipes at any depth and retrieving old lead including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, returning filling ,bailing out water, cutting & welding where required of the following sizes of pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Contractor fully responsible for necessary excavation for jointing work required T&P equipment , JCB work and man power at site requirement with making good disturbed surfaces of road/walls/floor etc and matching with existing surface include quoted rate . (b) Required extra fittings/pipe will be measured and paid separate.

M&L for cutting existing CI/DI/MS pipe of bore 200/150/100 mm and jointing with proper welding and testing of all fittings complete with all welding/threading works and jointing material laid in trenches/ on surface / slopes/ pillars/ culverts. all as specified and directed . Note:- Excavation, earthwork & fittings will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing ERW MS pipe class 'B' pipe 300 mm bore having wall thickness 6mm with permissible tolerance + 10%, pipe shall be confirming to IS-3589, IS marked, with minimum tensile strength of 410 Mega Pascal sand steel grade of Fe-410 along with flange joints including nut bolts, washers, flanges etc (As per site requirements). laid in trenches/along road/on surfaces/slopes/pillars/culverts/causeways etc. including connection with main and branch line of CI/GI/DI/MS pipes with fittings. Complete all as specified by the directed. Note:- (i) Flanges to be provided at every 6 Mtr length or shorter length as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Flange will be welded to the pipe and gasket to be provided between two flanges and will be fixed with 12 Nos of nuts and bolts (M20 TYPE) at each jointing. The cost of flanges, nuts, and bolts, gaskets and connecting of flanges to pipe line by welding will be deemed to be included in the quoted item rate. (ii) All standard fittings such as bends (any type, radius or angle), Tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing , decreasing or double socket etc)TEE pieces single branch, 'Y' JUNCTION, double branch, cross collars, cap and plugs, Ms flanges complete bend TEE pieces, collars, elbow, tail piece etc jointing are deemed to be included in the quoted team rate. (iii) Jointing of pipe line will be done through flanging only. Cutting of existing pipeline and connecting the proposed pipe line with bends, tees etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted item rate. (iv) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately) Make of MS Fittings-IS marked.
