Supplying and filling in clean M.sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and consolidated etc., complete. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain cement concrete M10 grade using crushed broken hard granite course aggregate (well Graded) of Nominal maximum size of 40mm to IS specified grading (to achieve the specified characteristicik strength of 10N /mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling (pumping and dewatering wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating water, curing, finishing the surface with all leades and lifts etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement concrete M15 grade using crusher broken ard granite course ageregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40% of 20mm and 60% of 40 mm down graded to IS specified grading (to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer placing in layers and vibrating , water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc, complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers

Providing and Placing in Position of Plain Cement concrete of M-20 grade using graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly of size 20 mm size with M.sand mixing with mixer machine includung cost of bailing out water wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick,compacting,consolidation, finishing, watering, curing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers. with vibration

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90cm. X 60cm. thickness of and B.G.10 stiffened with welded Mild Steel angles of size 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over country wood joists of size 10cmX 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia (spaced at 75cm) Centre to centre etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete mix M-20 Grade by using insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20 mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixute (plasticiser/ super plasticicer) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, ratard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m ) 7730 kg. of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30 Cu.m) 5156 Kg of 10 to 12 mm machine cushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg of M.sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also icluding laying , vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing,curing etc. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards .(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of cement concrete blocks of size 1.50x1.50x0.9 M with Plain Cement Concrete M20 using 20mm and down graded metal hard broken granite stone jelly including cost of moulding charges, casting of slabs, finishing, curing and fixing in position and transportation etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size above 1.00 m and upto 2.00m width consist of skin plate made out of 8mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100x50mm mild steel channel at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipment. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipment. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 63mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod,conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying with a lead of 0 to 100 M by deploying earth moving machineries and tippers for formation of bunds,breaking clods,sectioning for forming bund with watering and Consolidation using power roller including hire charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly medium duty with hexagonal nut (Approximate 70 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust fre bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at sectio store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Wet mix macadam (Table 400-13) (Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 406) as per MORT& H Rev.- V Specifications No.111,112,406,900.

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS - I type) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502) - over WMM. as per MORT&H Rev.V specifications No.11,112,502,900

Tack coat - providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS -I type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 - over granular surface treated with primer as per MORT&H Rev.V specifications No.111,112,503,900.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (viscosity Grade-30), transported to site, laid over a previosly prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, complete as per clause 504 and in accordance with standard specifications for Grading II as per MORT&H Vth Rev. 111,112,504 &900

Bituminous Concrete (Table 500-17) (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading, Premixed with bituminous binder ( Viscosity Grade -30) at percentage specified by JMF of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrastatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specification clause No.507 complete in all respects) - Grading II as per MORT&H Rev.
