S & F FRP junction box of inner size 295 x 195 x 100mm , light weight including 4 way Connector block for loop in and out of cable, fixed on pole/Wall/ Panel using necessary fasteners all as directed and as specified.

Supplying, installation of 9 M high hot dip galvanized iron octogonal pole 3.0mm wall thickness, with bottom size 155 mm diameter, top size 70mm diameter with 3mm thick base plate of size 250 x 250 x 16 mm,and double arm Bracket, pole fabricating out of medium grade tapered pole octagonal cross section and shall be continuosly tapered with single longitudinal conforming to BSEN 100 25/100 27 with base plate Fe 410 conforming to IS 2062 of suitable thickness with provision of 4 Nos foundation bolts of 4x24mm dia, length 750mm. The pole shall be galvanized as per IS 4759/BSEN1461 standards/housing with inbuilt junction box with loop in loop out terminal with grouting of base plate in concrete foundation 1:2:4 concrete including excavation, earth work, refilling etc(Foundation work with diemensions of 1.6mx.45mx.45m )(All poles should be prewired from Junction box to fixture with 1.5 Sqmm size of wires for Phase, neutral and Earth and provision for mounting fitting on pole). Note: (i) Quoted rate are deemed to include Earth work and excavation ,necessary foundation i.e reinforcement,holding down bolts, nuts, washer of suitable size concrete etc complete pole as per manufactures instruction and standards and necessary accessories for mounting light fittings on pole. (ii) Light fitting will be measured and paid seperately. (iii) Rate inclusive of provision of steel work for mounting 2 Nos flood light fittings incl necessary clamping after painting with one coat of primer and Two coats of synthetic enamel paint. (iv) Top end of the GI pole shall be covered using GI fitment and provision should be there to take out wiring from top portion of pole for light fittings.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron wire all as directed and as specified.
