Taking down carefully existing bitumen tar felt including plaster concrete/ brick coba tiling from the roof/parapets till RCC slab and roughening the surface, wire brushing, cleaning and washing with water etc., and removing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.5km/ outside the VSN and depositing where directed.

All as per item no. 1 above but on vertical surfaces like parapet except brick coba/ tilling etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil and loose particles and applying special grade of primer PR-71 of choksey chemical 0.2 kg / sqm or equivalent of Dr fixit , pedilite, asian, sika complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Application of liquid water proof material only will be carried out through manufacturers.

M&L for preparation and applying two coats of high performance PU based cold applied elastomeric coating having solid content 80% shore, a hardness minimum 60, tensile strength 1.5-2.0 N/mm2 TECH O THANE PU white @ 1.5 kg/ sqm ( 0.75kg/ Sqm/ Coat) with dry film thickness of 1.0 to 1.20 mm on previously primed surface of choksey chemical or equivalant of Dr. Fixit, pedilite, Asia, Sika complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Application of liquid water proof material only will be carried out through manufacturers.

M&L for preparation of surfaces thouroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil and loose particles and applying Liquid water proofing and seepage proof product of Dr. Fixit, pedilite, asian, sika, choksey ltd in two coats as per manufacturers instructions mix with cement on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Application of liquid water proof material only will be carried out through manufacturers.

Material and labour for grouting in roof through PVC nipples at a spacing of 45 to 60cm C/C including drilling injection points to a depth of 75-100mm, providing 10mm dia PVC nipples and pressure grouting using with and including cement mixed with plasticizing admixture like FOSROC (model CEBEX100) or PIDILITE (model 207 PIDICRET 8AM) @ 225gms/50kg of cement to fill up all capillaries/ voids/ honeycombing areas inside concrete with pressure of 2 to 4 Kg/Sqcm and continued till refusal. After grouting, nozzles to be sealed with the sealing compound/mortar etc, all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed. Note:- After ascertaining the location of leakage/ seepage/dampness under relevant item here-in-before, this item shall be operated at the required location.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate RCC roof slabs to fill undulations to achieve uniform slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering over roof slab 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished surfaces fair and even all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank of capacity exc 250 litres & n. exc 500 litres setting aside (or lowering) for repair work and hoisting, reconnecting, refixing in the same position complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity exc 500 litres & n. exc 1000 litres setting aside (or lowering) for repair work and hoisting, reconnecting, refining in the same position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 15mm bore all as specified and as directed .

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 20mm bore all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 25mm bore all as specified and as directed .

Refixing the steel tubing 15mm bore obtained from item No. 12 above, after cleaning in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floor etc.) complete all as specified and as directed .

Refixing the steel tubing 20mm bore obtained from item No 13 above after cleaning in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floor etc.) complete all as specified and as directed .

Refixing the steel tubing 25mm bore obtained from item No 14 above after cleaning in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floor etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI water tubes 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI water tubes of bore 20 mm dia tubes medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

S&F GI water tubes of bore 25 mm dia tubes medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 25mm bore ball brass valve high pressure ,with polythene float and fly nut complete ,screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified as directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil and loose particles and applying water proofing liquid Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP in two coats and two coat of cement base paint as per manufacture instruction mix with cement.

M&L for repairs to ends of chajja by removing old loose concrete material, cleaning the reinforcement and finishing the surface by applying the epoxy based resin of manufacturer pedicrete and chowkasi and make good with concrete 1:1.5:3 as required to existing broken surface and fair and even in cement mortar 1:3 with epoxy coating and applying two coats of weather proof emulsion paint over a coat of primer up to 600 mm depth and 100 mm thickness including necessary scafolding as required at site etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for application of one coat of exterior emulsion paint of white or AF blue colour or equivalent colour as approved as GE, using ultra clean paint or Dulax ICI or Apex Ultima of Asian Paints or equivalent in Berger Paints over the old decorated wall surfaces, edges of slab, roof/chajja projection and column etc. including filling the holes and broken surfaces with waterproof putty up to height 7.00 mtr, after necessary preparation all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone /boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or concrete walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class 'B' Bricks , straight or curved in plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair finish of bricks/concrete/stone surface of wall in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) in brick surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of Newly plastered wall surfaces by applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over 1.5 mm thick wall care putty over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick on Ceiling in CM (1:3) finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of Newly plastered ceiling surfaces by applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparation of old plastered ceiling surfaces with complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparation of old plastered wall surfaces with complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparation of old plastered external wall surfaces with complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as Plinth protection / Path finished the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
