Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Autoclaved aerated cement blocks (AAC) edging 0.15 wide 0.23 cm deep to plinth protection with autoclaved aerated cement blocks (AAC) including grouting with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Randon rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and fixing wooden gazebo in pine wood of 225 Sq.ft. or 20.90 Sqmt. Including kit cost, walls, ornamental roof, wooden railing, entry frame, rain gutters, base floor, sitting arrangement, installation of electric services, plumbing if required and all other accessories required including all fixtures, fittings & installation all complete as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of fixing of garden bench both sides of garden bench are made of flora cast iron having back height of minimum 700 mm and minimum seating height of 375 mm and both sides of garden bench is connected with M.S. tube of 65 mm x25 mm seat angular tube having width of 15.20 mm in 10 Nos. for seating purpose with extra support 25 mm x 5 mm M.S. flats for extra stability all sharp and rough edges of bench are to be grinded with grinder and all fill up with M.S. seal where is it required necessary this bench is having the provision of hold fast system of for growing bench is complete with a cutting Ist class quality paints finally bench is assembled with nut and bolt including all tax. Providing and fixing Mild steel designer gate of 16 feet wide, 10 feet height with top arch with both side RCC pillars with ACP sheet work used for designing work including wooden board for address, stone work on pillars, MS arch with ACP sheet work for designing, side railing, painting with enamel paint and all other accessories required including all fixtures, fittings & installation all complete as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Bambbo Gazebo for Yoga of size 22 feet x 18 feet with MS 4 inches pipe pillars covered with good quality of bamboo, side wall making with Bamboo Zafri, pine wood floor over cement concrete, roof with metro profile sheet covered with good quality of bamboo, policing of entire Gazebo, electric fittings if required and all other accessories required including all fixtures, fittings & installation all complete as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.
