Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of factory assembled and tested electric motor driven thee phase 415 Volt AC, 650 LPM of water as at minimum 50 mtr head and capacity not less than 40 HP comprising of heavy duty type split casing type centrifugal pump, Cast iron body with bronze impeller, casing ring, sleeves etc. coupled to TEFC SQ CASE (IE3 Efficiency) electric motor of suitable capacity 1500 RPM by means of flexible coupling and mounted on a common fabricated MS base frame and GI pipe heavy duty at suction and GI heavy duty delivery pipe of suitable size as reccomended by manufacturer upto suitable lenghth at suction end and delivery connection to header with necessary fittings . NOTE- (i) Cost of GI pipe heavy duty at suction and GI heavy duty delivery pipe of suitable size as reccomended by manufacturer upto suitable lenghth at suction end and delivery connection to header with necessary fittings shall be included in overall cost quoted (ii) COST OF FOUNDATIONS AS PER MANUFACTURERS RECCOMMENDED DRAWING WITH NUTS, BOLTS, ANTI VIBRATION PADS INCLUDED IN OVERALL RATES QUOTED.

M & L for trenchless boring under roads/ crossing or fixed to wall/ pole, GI tubing light grade of size upto 150mm bore for protection of UG cables complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, testing and comissioning flanged non-rising type cast iron foot valve of size 150 mm suitable for pressure rating duly drilled holes for fixing of nutss and bolts ISI marked and confirming to IS:4038 including rubber gasket, nutss, bolts, and washers complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate is included for Nuts & Bolts, flange etc.

M & L for Cast iron Air valves with two air outlets, 100 mm dia bore and fixing up in PPR water pipe mains including nuts & bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of Valve pit chamber 90 cmx90cm (inner dimension) and 90 cm deep , from the top of MS cover fixed on PCC Base , top cover shall be of 3 mm thick MS Sheet with locking arrangement of pad lock of 50mm size including brick work with sub class"B" bricks in CM 1:4 including 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 (internally and externally) and necessray earth work in anu type of soil including returning filling in and disposal of surplus oil to a distance n exc 50 mtrs and 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 , type D-2 , using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water pop up sprinkler head irrigation system for garden Lawn Patio 180 degree of dia 25 mm bore incluyding 0.5 mtr long 25 mm inner dia PP-R pipe, socket of any type and other fixing material for fixing with PP-R pipe all as directed and specified. Note: All fixing material is included in the unit rate. Sprinkler will be fixed ever 90 mm.

Manning and operation of entire scheme by providing adequate manpower in two shits for AFSSR STPs and in one shift for NTS STP for the period of 11 months after completion of the work, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The operator will ensure treated water supply up to discharge point including cleaning of all sprinklers for smooth functioning.

Supply and fixing of unarmed copper cable 3 core 25 Sqmm, PVC insulated, sheathed mutistranded copper conductor, water proof suitable for pump set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix route path indicator for PPR Pipe (treated water) to be fixed at a distance of every 50 mtr made of cast iron plate 1, 6mm thick, inscribed as "NOT FOR DRINKING PURPOSE" fixed with MS angle iron 25 x 25 x 4mm, 450mm long and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 up to 150mm long complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.
