Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil as per SS20 B for foundation etc complete

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Filling with collected sand as per standard specifications etc complete

Refilling with excavated earth as per standard specifications etc complete

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and errecting shuttering including necessary support for plane surface in Foundation Basement and Roof slabs strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces for floors etc, complete.Sides..

Roof Slab

R.C.C. 1:1.5:3-using 20mm ISS HBGS metal including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position inild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of pressed tiles of size 20 X 20 X 2 mm laid in CM 1:3 12 mm thick mixes with W.P. compound laid 2 % weight of cement etc., complete.

Paving the floor Anti skid tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:3, 20mm thick. And pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The ceramic tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution).

Paving the floor with Paving the floor with kotta stone of size 610x610x 20mm in Cement mortar 1:3 etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply of steel doors including cost and convyance and all charges etc complete.etc complete (1.20x2..40m)

Supply of steel windows including cost and convyance and all charges etc complete.etc complete. (1.20x1.60m)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats over new iron work using synthetic enamal paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc complete

Distempering 2 coats with approved Distemper over one coat of Primaring coat of Cement Paint cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with std, specification.

Painting two coats with approved Plastic Emulsion over one coat of Priming coat of Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Supply and fixing of Cuddapah slab of 20/30mm thick including cost and conveyance and all charges etc complete.

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3 mm thick Hylum sheet cover with TW box And 5 A FT switch with continuous earth connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed Light point / fan point (For electronic Regulator) SD23

Wiring with 2x4sq.mm. (56/0.3mm) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper cable conductor cable of 1100V grade insuitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories 150mmx100mmx75mm MS switch box for 15A 3pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection by 14 SWG TC wire for open power plug point SD B36
