M & L for Preparing the existing surface of floor by shot blasting/scarification and cleaning by wire brushing etc, to remove all dirt, dust, oil etc to expose clean sound base concrete. Cost shall include treatment of construction and control joints filling as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Polyurethane Concrete Topping: Providing and applying cementitious polyurethane floor topping at a thickness of 4mm using Fosroc Nitoflor SL 3000 UT a three-component product or equivalent as approved by AGE(I). A forced-action rotary paddle mixer is recommended for mixing the product. Topping applied at 3mm thickness over a scratch coat with Nitoflor SL 3000 UT (or equivalent as approved by AGE(I)) of 1mm to the designated area and shall have smooth matt finish, on cured shall exhibits the following:- Compressive Strength (ASTM C109) 28 days at 50.8 MPa, Tensile Strength (BS6319-7) 6.8 MPa, Flexural Strength(BS6319-3) 17.9 MPa, Slip Resistance (ASTM E303) Dry, S56/S96-22/32(moderate slip risk), Impact Resistance (ASTM D2794), Joules for 3mm thickness 8.1 and for 6mm thickness 10.8, high resistance to damage. Ensure that the construction, control joint and other anchorage grooves of 8mmx8mm are fully Wetted out with material at the edges, day joints, up-stands, drains, doorways and at regular points across the floor and all debris are removed complete all as per manufacture instruction and as directed. Make:- FOSROC or equivalent as mentioned in list of make as approved by AGE(I)

Note 3:-Any Imperfections, cracks, potholes, unsound concrete portion in the concrete shall be found during preparion of existing surface & same shall be treated with suitable polyurethane system as per manufacturer specification & same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for Providing and laying Expansion Joints with PU Sealant at the designated joints are to be sealed using Fosroc Colpor 200PF (or equivalent as approved by AGE(I)) over the Backer rod of expancel which shall position on the filler board of Hydrocel XL (or equivalent as approved by AGE(I)) of the expansion joint, pavement sealant manufactured by Fosroc to BS 5212: 1990 Colpor 200PF (or equivalent as approved by AGE(I)) has a movement accommodation factor of 30% in butt joints. To ensure the sealant operates within its stated movement capacity of 30%, the width of sealing slots should be designed in accordance with the recommendations of IRC-57-2006. In trafficked areas the expansion joint width should not generally exceed 30mm. Size of joint(25mmx12mm) complete all as per manufacture instruction and as directed. M & L for Providing and applying including preparing PU coving 75mmx75mm for walls over a scratch coat of nitoflor coving UT followed by screed mortar using Nitiflor coving UT (or equivalent as approved by AGE(I)). The starting & end portions of coving shall be anchored to floor and wall after taking the grooves in surface. Finishing the top surface with two coats of Nitoflor HB 200 UT (or equivalent as approved by AGE(I)) at minimum 200 microns thick complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed. Make:- FOSROC or equivalent as mentioned in list of make as approved by AGE(I) Note 1:- The work will be carried out by authorised applicator of the manufacturer only. M & L for Providing and applying Line marking with Epoxy resin with two coats of Nitoflor FC 150 (or equivalent as approved by AGE(I)), solvent free epoxy resin coating to a width of 100mm at a coverage of 5sqm/litre as per manufacturer's specification and as directed. Make:- FOSROC or equivalent as mentioned in list of make as approved by AGE(I) Note 1:- The work will be carried out by authorised applicator of the manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.
