Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance exceeding 1.50 Km but not exceeding 5.0 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, risers of steps, skirting, dado etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made up of (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), masonry exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete kerb stones and string courses made up of (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary excavation for placing kerbs in alignment along the path complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based corrugated/Trapezoidal steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screws including scaffolding upto height of 12 metres above GL complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer after levelling the undulations if any with cement putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment by scraping, washing, cleaning etc., and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion over a coat of primer including filling the cracks with filler complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete/ plastered surfaces of walls of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with size of grid 605mm x 605mm all as specified in SSR Part-I 2009, hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat iron 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including cutting, drilling, jointing etc., 6mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement building design boards fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work with screws and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite work (of any type and shade as approved) table rubbed and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counters and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) bedding and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, rounding (chamfering) the edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand (river sand) filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, glossy finished, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade, made of grey cement and pigments, any pattern, laid in floors, laid dry including filleting to edges in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as in floors etc, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, for work on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor surface by hammer, picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore UPVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls using synthetic rubber adhesive cement solvent complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F UPVC (SWR) bends any radius, diameter of outlet 110 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
