Providing Cement Concrete Lining, Renovation of Structures, Re-sectioning and Strengthening of Canal Embankment from RD 30.250 km to 40.309 km of Gompakonda Main Canal

Clearing shrub jungle, uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1.00 m girth removing the debris away from working area with all lifts and leads, de-lifts etc. complete in all respects with all labour charges, cess, taxes (excluding GST), T & P etc. and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Removing old lime or cement plaster from structure walls including racking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris away from the work site within 50 m lead including all T & P, labour charges, cess, taxes (excluding GST) etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc. interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and de-lifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge within a lead of 1 km from the place of excavation complete including cess, taxes (excluding GST) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including dressing and levelling of bed, breaking the clods to 5 cm to 7 cm and laying the excavated materials on the earmarked space in layers not exceeding 30 cm depth within 50 m initial lead and 1.5 m initial lift including cess, taxes (excluding GST) and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Filling foundation and plinth with sand of approved quality free from any objectionable material well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of sand, all labour charges, T&P, cess and other taxes (excluding GST) etc. complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing, admixing and laying ad-mixture (CNS Layer) sand and moorum in slope of canal in a ratio 40:60 complete including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance and royalty of all materials, cess, T&P, other taxes (excluding GST) etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Cement concrete of design mix of M10 grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 10 N/mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 40 mm down graded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry and using the minimum quantity of cement about 2.07 Qntl per cum (as per nominal mix) of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture with all leads, lifts and de-lifts including cost, carriage, royalties, taxes of all materials (excluding GST) including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, de-watering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means placing in proper place and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing, T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization and working of machineries etc. with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required in complete as per approved drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete of grade M-15 with 20 mm down graded granite coarse aggregate for concrete lining to the bed and slopes of canal with sleeper beams, keys etc. in panels including supply of all materials, labour and machinaries compacting with space vibrator or manually and finishing the concrete surface including trimming and dressing of canal bed and slopes including cutting trenches for sleeper beam, keys and drainage etc. including watering and compaction of slopes and bed with hand rammers to proper profile and supplying and laying polythene film of 100 micron complete in all respects including cost, carriage, royalties, taxes of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and all other taxes and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge (By Manual)

Providing and laying cement concrete of grade M-15 with 20 mm down graded granite coarse aggregate for concrete lining to the bed and slopes of canal with sleeper beams, keys etc. in panels including supply of all materials, labour and machinaries compacting with space vibrator or manually and finishing the concrete surface including trimming and dressing of canal bed and slopes including cutting trenches for sleeper beam, keys and drainage etc. including watering and compaction of slopes and bed with hand rammers to proper profile and supplying and laying polythene film of 100 micron complete in all respects including cost, carriage, royalties, taxes of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and all other taxes and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge (By Paver)
