Dismantling post or struts embedded in natural ground (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling post or struts embedded in concrete (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling chain link fencing of any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel (AI,FI) works as in posts and struts in fencing including cuttings top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wires, etc, flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh including necessary bending, drilling, bolting, welding or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC(1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of RCC posts/struts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only chain link fencing with 3-4 mm dia GI wire of mesh size 100 mm x 100 mm in diamond shape (wt. not less than 3.8 kg /sqm) fixed to fencing post including line and providing suitable sizes of flat iron, bolts and nuts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Round bars, flat iron, nut and bolts etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards ,rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel flat iron in fascening of fencing , clamps etc, cut to length bent to shape, including necessary drilling holes for bolting and the similar articles conforming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F screw bolts (machine made) (diameter oneclk 11 to15 mm) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc. 10cm but n.exc. 15cm long MS Work as in bands , straps, supports or stays incl bolts, if reqd. , hold fasts, wall ties and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces not exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Round bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) quality-A or Fe-250(Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in 2 strand galvanised steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining & fixing to RCC posts etc including securing or tying at crossings with galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (Each line wire to be measured).

S&F in repair 2 strand galvanised steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining & fixing to RCC posts etc including securing or tying at crossings with galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (Each line wire to be measured).

All as per serial item No.16 above but for fixing only old serviceable barbed wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Restraining and re-securing galvanised 2 strand barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and making good to staples complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall of any description, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ class straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cm (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work in lining in drains, laid bricks in CM 1:6 and pointed in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2(using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on surfaces of walls, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in footpath/ hard-standing / pavings / plinth protections, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 125mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in footpath, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Glass dividing strips, 38 x 3 mm thick and inserted in position to confirm to design, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete PU finish tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25 mm thick in floor etc, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed (grey cement & pigment) over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, including complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern. over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Stone slab paving of any Laid, bedded dry and pointed in any mortar description or thickness, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs only to chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cm x25 mm (except tiles) thick ,set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair only Machine pressed Precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade set jointed and pointed in with grey cement and no pigment laid over in floorings complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
