Excavation in trenches in hard and dense soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out for laying pipe lines.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm.

Removal of excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and laying in trenches GI tubing medium grade with fitting such as sockets, elbow tees, unions including short lengths laid in trenches of 80 mm dia bore.

M&L for insulation of MS/GI pipe of size 50 mm bore with PUF slab 30 mm thick with and including appling bituminous compound and GI cladding with 26 guage GI sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F bib tap of size 15 mm bore dia cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated with crunch or butterfly handle screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of gun metal butter fly control valves of 80 mm bore as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for insulation for metal roof (overhead tank) with bounded fibre glass wool of density 24 Kg /Cum. 50 mm thick, suitably factory laminated with aluminium foil backed up by scrim or craft paper, facing with 50 mm projection for overlap and butting comprising of the following (insulating material shall confirming to BS 476 part 4, 5, 6 & 7 with including S&F 6 mm dia MS rods between purlins suitable for supporting the required thickness of insulating material over the roof, 22 SWG GI wire supporting the insulation and chicken wire mesh 12.5 mm x 22 SWG of hexagonal construction above the insulation for support complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply install, hoisting, commissioning and testing of hot water tank, cylinderical of capacity 5000 Ltrs, fabricated out of 5 mm thick MS sheet / plate for shell and 6 mm thick for end plates complete with inlet hot water from boiler flanges welded at proper places to suitable equipment / system feeding system and main hole of 600 mm dia with neck raised to 200 mm and provided with welded MS flange 10 mm thick with drilled holes and top lead of 10 mm thick with drilled holes, nuts, bolts washers and 6 mm thick gasket painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer including puff insulation to tank, exposed pipe line extra and staging for tank of appropriate designed as approved by Engr-in-charge.
