Required(e) E.M.D. to be paid by way of Crossed Demand Draft for Rs.63585/- (2.5 %) on ECV drawn in favour of the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad, along with bids. Scanned E.M.D. may be uploaded with the bids. The tenderer shall hand over the original DDs to the Dy. Director, SLPZ, Urban Biodiversity, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation

Required(a) The Tenderer should have experience in Development/Renovation of parks in any Government (State or Central) / Public sector units of GOI/GOTS, to a tune of at least Rs.12.72 Lakhs during any one financial year of last five years i.e 2019-20 to 2024-25 or Current financial year
