CONSTRUCTION OF 5.00 M ROAD IN FRONT OF PLOT NO-1 TO 8 AND WIDENING OF 5.00 M EXISTING ROAD UPTO 12.00 M IN FRONT OF PLOT NO-36 TO 45 AND FILLING EARTH IN PLOTS AT POCKET-B, INDRAPRASTH SCHEME.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the from of regular pits not exceeding 0.50M. in depth and earth work in embankemnt to be in 20cm. layers including remmeing and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50M lift and 30M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30M. distances as directed by the Engineer incharge. Excluding Royality. DSR 2023/2.3.1

Earthwork: Excavation in foundation etc. in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.5m lead upto 50m including filling watering and removal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge specification all complete. DSR 2023/2.1.1

Concrete with 4cm guage stone ballast coarse sand of 2.20 FM and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials , labour , T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(DSR/23 4.1.8)

M-150 class brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand mortar in Foundation including supply of material, labour, T and P etc complete.DSR/23 6.1.1

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources).((DSR/23 5.1.2)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string sourses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).(DSR/23 5.2.2)

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4")gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarsesand : 3 stonegrit) in slab excluding necessary centering & shuttering excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire(DSR/23 5.3)

Mild steel (Tor steel or plain) in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage band overlapping and including cost of binding wire.((DSR/23 5.22.1)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineerin-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30 (GDA SANCTIONED RATE)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge (GDA SANCTIONED RATE)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On W.B.M. @ 0.60 Kg / sqm (GDA SANCTIONED RATE)

Providing and laying Dence graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an avrege output of 75 MT per hour using crushed agregated of specified grading-1 premixed with 60/70 (VG-30 bitumenous @4.25 % by weight of total mix and filler @2 % by weight of total mix , transporting the hot mix material to work site laying with a hydrostatic Paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory (8-100 roller for initial brake down rolling ,finish rolling by smooth wheeled tondom roller (8-10tonnes) to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. including supply of all the material labour T&P required for proper completion of work as per clause 507 Grade-II (19mm nomonal size of MORT &H specification sand as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge (AR)

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom. On bituminous surface @ 0.30kg/sqm (GDA SANCTIONED RATE)

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.0% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern.80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern( DSR/23 16.91.2)

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.(DSR/23 16.62)
