Scraping old white wash/ colour wash /distemper/cement paint including cost of all material, labour T&P etc disposal of refuse within 60M lead.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and applying one coat as primer coat of superior quqlity and approved brand for exterior/interior portion including cost of material, labour, T&P etc. required for completion of work

Painting two coat with weather coat exterior /interiorplastic emulsion of superior quality and approved brand paint for exterior surface including cost of material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat of red oxide primer on steel/wooden surface after sand papering and cleaning of surface including cost of all material, labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint on new surface (excluding cost of primer) superior quality such as luxol Higloss, apcolite, superlac, Dulux, including cost of all material, labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Dismantling old and damaged/ brick/boulder/stone pitching including stacking of material

Laying C.C(1:3:6) with cement coarse sand and crushed hard stone grit including cost of all material labour T&P etc. required for Completion of work.
