M&L for fixing of new LT connectors including removal od old burnt porcelin/PVC connectors complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 53,546.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit. Note (for item 1 to 170): Note1: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height G+4 to G+16 configuration , Necessary scaffolding and safety measures required during execution of work are including in this items. Note 3:- Any T&P required at site will be arranged by contractor without any finantial effect to department and rates for the same are included in respective items. Note 4 : Contractor supervisor to report on daily basis to the concerned JE as detailed by the Engr-in-Charge on daily basis to collect the complaints from complaint cell/ JE in morning by 9.15 am on working days, supervise the work and again report to AGE/JE in evening by 4.45 pm to submit the progress and details. In case of absence of supervisor penalty will be imposed for 500 per day. Note 5: While Quoting the tender contractor must keep in mind that the fitting and fixtures will be fixed as per day to day complaint recieved from various locations i.e NCHC Powai, Ulhasnagar and 23 A Mahada Powai and the contractor must engage the adequate labour to resolve complaints within 24 hrs time frame (except holidays and rainy days) after reciving of complaint without any extra cost to govt or as directed by engineer-in-charge.
