Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed (1.1.5.3) grade cement concrete, including for foundation, plain cement concrete in base of foundation of M-15 grade, including back filling of excavated earth into the foundation pit, along with restoration of existing pavement in original condition, including disposal of unserviceable matenal upto all lead & lift. Complete all as per drawings, technical specification & as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. For Pole mounted signage-Type P

Retro Reflective Sheet Type IV: Providing and installing retro-reflective double sided shoulder mounted signboards Mandatory/Regulatory, Cautionary/Warning. Informatory/Guide Signs/Place Marker/Comprising of almunium Composite panel (ACP) as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut couloured overlaly folm. The MS frame module shall be made of MS Hollow Section (Paid in separate item). The aluminium Composite panel shall have a thickness of 3mm with 0.25mm thick skin of aluminium both sides. The ACP shall be routed & fixed on the MS frame with VHB lape, 25mm wide through out the length & breadth of frame on the front leceof the ACP, micro prismatic retro reflective sheet conforming to Type VIII of IRC-67-2012 Class-B & ASTM D-4956 shall be pressure fixed on background sheet (In white colour) which will be overlaid with electro cut transparent film of approved make & colour to create a desired road sign & the reaf side of the MS frame shall be covered with balancing ACP along with micro prismatic retro relective sheet conforming to type VIII & electro cut coloured overlay film of the same description as mentioned above to create a desired road sign & shall be fixed in the similar manner as described above to create a desired road sign & shall be fixed in the similar manner as described above. The Periphery of the signage board shall be covered with aluminium trim of section (30x10x2) & revitted with the frame not more than 200mm center to center. The rate shall include all materials, labouir, equipments, febrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (Structural steel work for the sign board shall be paid separately under the relevant item). Rectangular area of the ACM sheet only shall be measured for payment. For pole mounted signage-Type P (double sided) (Board Size 2(2'x2.5')=0.92Sqm.

Supplying, hoisting and placing in position tubular trusses including runners, purlins, consisting of steel tubes conforming to I.S. specifications of tested quality duly welded with lillet welds 6mm thick through-out including wind bracing. Painting & finishing of structural steel work with epoxy paint (two or more coals) as all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specification excluding appropriate preming coat preparation of surface etc. complete as per drawing.
