1. Dismantling of all Transformer Accessories such as Radiators, Conservator, Cooling Fan, Bushing (HV & LV) Bus-bar. Buccholz Relay and the connecting pipes etc. by using suitable crane or by manually after draining of complete oil into oil drum tankers. 2. Lifting Top Cover of Transformer main tank and OLTC by using heavy duty crane after removing of complete Nut-Bolts and removing of all old damaged gaskets. 3. Washing/Cleaning of Core-winding and coil assembly of Transformer main tank and OLTC with hot oil by using connecting pipe with pump/filter machine for removing of sludge including checking/ replacement of damaged OLTC Fixed/ Moving Contacts transition resistance. 4. Attending leakage from OLTC terminal boards & oil seal inspection window. 5. Fixing new gasket of transformer, radiators, inspection window etc. 6. Refusing of Top cover of the main tank and OLTC Top plate after checking/repairing of OLTC connection and Tightening of the Nut Bolts of core assembly by using heavy duty crane. 7. During overhauling of transformer dry air purging should be carried out avoiding moisture. The dew point of dry air should be greater than 60 degree. 8. Making and fusing of blanking plates. pressure testing, healing of transformer to dry out it by applying of 3 cycle of vacuum and Nitrogen for improvement of IR/PI value of the transformer. 9. Dry out should be carried out by purging dry air nitrogen having dew point heating & vacuum massing the job till the required PI value achieve. 10. Washing, Cleaning and spray painting of transformer main tank, radiators and its accessories by using ISI market superior quality paint by applying tree coat of required colour paint. 11. The paint should be high quality glow paint which do not led due to sun heat. 12. Assembling/ Erection of all the Tr. accessories such as Radiator, Conservator, Buchholz and all the connecting. pipe etc. by using suitable capacity crane and man power with new gasket. 13. Filtration of transformer oil upto the BDV of 60 KV. Filter machine and operator will be arranged by the contractor. 14. Any other work required for Overhauling/Servicing of power transformer and its satisfactory working there after which is not specifically mentioned IS:10028 (Part-III).
Following testing of oil need to be conducted after filtration / dehydration of oil: DGA, BDV, Water content PPM and resistivity of oil.
