Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, walls, etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, capacity 500 to 1000 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) fo repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cleaning, repairing shall be measured and paid seperately.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 20mm dia, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 15mm dia, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections 20mm dia in new or old position walls, ceiling, floors, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 20mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm-210gms./ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms)

S & F in repairs 20mm gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing old roof treatment of any description, any type including removal old tar felt, screed, etc complete all as direcetd.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hackig for key,scrubbing down with water in cement or cement lime plaster any description all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using WPC on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for waterproofing cement base putty @ 1kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1.5mm over newly plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for waterproofing cement base putty @ 1kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1.5mm over plastered surface including complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water profing compound mixed with cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of Dr Fixit rain coat neo (Prime less high build water based elastomeric exterior wall water proof acrylic coating for exterior surfaces) designed with weather resistant acrylate polymers, UV resistant and good hiding and spreading, developing a strong inter coat adhesion with substrate and features such as waterproofing, UV protection, anti-algae resistance, crack bridging of elastic films covering hair line cracks, long term protection, colour variants, preparation of surface by cleaning the surfaces till it is free from dust, grease and flaking paint, any unstable paint to be removed, using high pressure wash or scraper, whichever is appropriate complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. Application for vertical surface fresh plaster. 2. Use Dr fixit rain coat neo directly from the container. Stir contents well before use. 3. Brush/Roller apply a self-priming coat of Dr fixit and Neo on the vertical wall surface in SSD condition, diluting 1 ltr with 100ML clean potable water. Allow it to dry for 4 to 6hrs. 4. Apply a coat of Dr fixit Rain coat Neo without dilution as water proof top coat, either by roller or brush with force coverage at the rate of 3.7 – 4.1 sqm/litre to achieve DFT of 100-110 microns. Allow it to dry for 4- 6 hrs. Lighter shades base on the top of dark colours need additional coat of finishing. 5. An addition coat should be applied in case of horizontal surfaces like top of windows, ledges, parapet wall etc. Allow the coating to full air cure for 7 days.

M&L for provn of water proofing roof treatment to non accessible /accesible RCC roof with APP modified membrane with non woven polyster reinforced wt not less than 3 Kg/Sqm of thickness not less than 3 mm uniformely embedded during manufacturing process:-

(a) The surface of the roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths etc. over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matters such as fungus, mass, dust etc. by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain outlets the groove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment as pipes, chimney stacs etc. and other similar situations to ease up about corners.

(b) Apply one coat of solvent bitumen primer for bituminous water proofing membrane conforming to ASTM and BS 3416.

(c) Hot blown bitumen VG-10 conforming to IS : 3384-1965 @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated.

(d) APP modified water proofing membrene as specified shall be laid by torch application method laid on hot bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.2 kg/sqm primer surface as per manufacturers instructions, The overlaps while torching shall be 150 mm in longititudinal directions and 100mm transverse directions. All overlap joints shall be sealed throughly by thermofusing both the membrene layers and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as monolithic layer.

(e) All joints & changes in direction should be curved with cement morar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml per beg of cement and cured well before laying the membrane.

(f) A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate of 100 mm x 100 mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of direction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners /junctions should be rounded.

M & L for two coats of heat-reflective bitumen compatibe aluminum paint over existing APP membrane surface including cleaning of surface etc. complete all as per manufacturer instructions.

S&F steel work in tubular/angle trusses including special shaped washers, purlins, rafters, posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting plain 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (AZ-150) as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip, straight flashing etc. (length and gith as fixed) and fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified .

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 75mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in walls / laid in trenches/floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 75mm bore bends, any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) junction single, (SingleT) 75mm bore equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) junction (Single T) 110mm bore equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.
