Providing and fixing of Stainless Steel Bollard made of SS: 304 grade having 1000mm projected height & 150mm dia with 2.77mm thickness having truncated top at 45 degree as per drawing. The base plate shall be of 250 mm dia 8 mm thick of stainless steel: 304 grades, cover with stainless steel plate of 1.5 mm thick flushing with ground. The upper part (truncated portion) of Bollard shall be covered with 3mm thick SS: 304 grade sheet. The complete Bollard should be fixed with minimum 03 nos. 100mm height & 10mm dia fasteners for fixing at ground as shown in drawing including, welding, polishing, buffing complete with necessary holes etc.The bollard should have 3 Nos. of reflective band strip of size 50 mm wide all around with micro prismatic retro-reflective sheeting grade type VIII as per ASTM-D-4956-07, pasted on the Bollard for better visibility at night including demolishing existing granite /concrete and restoring the same, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)

Providing and fixing in position tactile directional strips as per the approved lay out made of stainless steel material of grade SS 316 having antiskid linear grooves with plain bevel edges. The dimensions of the strip should be 280mm x 35mm x 4.5mm and dimensions of the stem should be 6mm x 12mm (with groove in the centre) having 3 no stem and the centre to centre distance between the stem of one strip should be 120mm. The tactile strip must be installed along the direction of travel with correct spacing between each unit @ 4 tactile strips within a spacing of 300mm x 300mm. For installation of the strips. the floor needs to be drilled for about 12mm depth without breaking the floor and after cleaning the floor epoxy grout need to be injected and the tactile strips should be placed over the holes complete as per the particular specification and directions of EIC.

Providing and fixing in position tactile warning studs as per the approved layout made of stainless steel material of grade SS 316 having antiskid concentric circles with plain bevel edges. The dimensions of the studs should be 35mm reduced to 25mm x 4.5mm and dimensions of the stem should be 6mm x 12mm (with groove in the centre) having 1 no. stem. The tactile stud must be installed with correct spacing between each unit @36 tactile studs within a spacing of 300mm x 300mm. For installation of studs the floor need to be drilled for about 12 mm depth without damaging/breaking the floor and after cleaning the floor epoxy grout needs to be injected and the tactile stud should be placed in the holes complete as per the particular specification and direction of EIC.

Providing and Fixing Reflective Film of 3M India Ltd./Lumar/Garware/Avery Dennision or equivalent as per the manufacture Specification on glass including cleaning of glass etc. complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and Fixing Opaque /Frosted Film of 3M India Ltd./Lumar/Garware/Avery Dennision or equivalent as per the manufacture Specification on glass including cleaning of glass etc. complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing safety film of make 3M India Ltd./Lumar/Garware/Avery Dennision or equivalent as per the manufacture, Specification, 7/8 mil safety film on glass panels inside of structural glazing after cleaning of the glass surface with cleaning agent at all floors/levels/height. The rate shall include all taxes, transportation, labour, material, T & P and scaffolding, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The length and breadth of finished exposed surface shall be measured in sqm for payment. (NOTE:- The agency should submit warranty for adhesion, strength, appearance and solar reflective properties from manufacturer of safety film for 5 years).

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. (c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass partition /door shutter of approved brand and manufacture with edge polishing , including patch fittings ,hinges ,fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (Door handle, lock , stopper,pivot ,door closer and aluminium frame if any etc. to be paid separately )

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level a) Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum Note : -The Mix Design is available with AAI Kolhapur Airport and the same will be provided to the contractor for the work. Contractor has to prepare a trial mix with the design provided by AAI and get the results verified before execution of work. All the material to be used for execution shall be tested and matched with mix design provided by AAI before execution of work. The extra cement as per design will be payable to the contractor under relevant item.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a)Two or more coats on new work.
