Replacing old and unserviceble gasket of top cover plate of transformer having following capacity of 500 KVA (adopted for125 KVA)

Drying the repaired transformer with appropriate heat/air of 500 KVA. (adopted for125 KVA)

Loading and unloading of transformer from site to workshop or vice verse upto 500 KVA. (adopted for125 KVA)

Transformer oil tested as per IS-335-1972- For 500 KVA Transformer. (adopted for125 KVA)

Routine maintenance of transformer in operation covering insulation resistance oil, break down strength. Reconditioning/replacemenr of silicazel, cleaning of transformer and topping upto oil level if required (extra cost will be paid for oil)

Fabrication of Transformer core with CRGO Material sheet (M4 or Better Grade) only prime material having low loss and good grain peoprties caoted with hot oil proof insulation, bolted together and to the frames firmly to prevent vibration or noise as per site condition or as directed by the Engineer in charge.
