REPAIRS MAINTENANCE OF DG SETS EARTHING AND ALLIED SERVICES AT ZONE A AND ZONE B AT SONEGAON NAGPUR

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6.3 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level , connected to GI strips of size 25 x 4 mm as earthling lead by means bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel, wire mesh, CI cover with frame etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata , returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Sch Part I , connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion.

All as per Item No 01 here in before but using copper plate 60X60cmX3.15mm thick electrode and 20X3mm copper strip as earthing lead all as directed.

S &F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chase or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or in existing drain after taking out RCC/PCC cover block or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc.as required 25X4 mm galvanised iron strip connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion. Note-:The strips are to be bent to shape, drilled with holes, connected with bolts, nuts, washers.

All as per Item No 3 here in before , but 20X3 mm Copper strip with suitable porcelain insulator complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 03 here in before , but 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of existing earthing (GI/copper earthing) with provision of new layers of charcoal and salt all as specified in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I, including cleaning of existing GI/copper earth plate, conductors etc., connecting with new bolts, nuts and washers complete including testing of earthing by digital Earth Ground Resistance Tester & Record submitted to Dept on completion all as directed. Note: -1. Excavation,Returning filling & demolition of PCC Near earth pit shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. The cost of Charcoal, Salt & GI pipe,funnel shall be measured and paid seperately.

Checking of earth resistance values & earth to neutral voltage of earthing of any type with digital Earth test Resistance Tester & record to be submitted each month to department.

Supply only funnel made out of GI / mild steel sheet 3mm thick in conical shape, dia of the funnel at bottom is 15mm and at top is 75mm, placed on GI pipe for watering the earth including taking out existing funnel complete all as specified and as diirected. Note: The funnel shall be either welded properly to the watering pipe or bolted with bolts and nuts.

Supply only galvanised steel tubing 20mm bore light grade with all fittings in earthing for watering the earth including taking down of old steel tubing complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only common salt commercial as in repair for above item no 06 in the the process of renewal of existing earthing all as directed.

Supply only Charcoal dust/Breeze in repair for above item no 06 in the the process of renewal of existing earthing all as directed.

S & F in repairs Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles, porcelain insulators in proper gaps and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs with excavation/returning filling of soil at required place GI strip 32x6 mm continuity conductor, fixed to wall or recess or buried in ground or drawn in pipe or any other indicated situation or as directed with saddles, porcelain insulators in proper gaps, for connection earth with dough moulded insulation of earth complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI tubing, light grade of bore 40 mm for mounting of lightning arrester complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Air terminal, single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long fixed on wall with necessary arrengement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Test Point terminal block, made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm, drilled and screwed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete For Earthing pit filling and mass concrete, Type C1- 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Mtrs wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in any type of soil at the place of existing earthing/water pipe line all as directed and specified.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L synthetic enamel paint of yellow/red colour for Earthing pit including pit cover complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre cast RCC Type B1- 1:2:4 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate set in CM 1:4 for Earting pit Cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix the following electrical materials for repairs of LT panel/DG set panel boards situated at various installation including making copper cable connections with lugs,connectors,ferrule,glands of suitable size as per requirement etc complete all as directed.

(a) Ammeter digital type, square, three phase, Make: Indotech model DR96 or equivalent.

(b) Voltmeter digital type, square, Make: Indotech model DR96 or equivalent.

(c) MCCB 100 A 4Pole 415 V make L&T

Repairs/Overhauling of diesel engine driven generating set 62.5 KVA including replacement of necessary minor spares for the engine and alternator, repair machining of cylinder head for the optimum performance of the machine and overhauling of FIP and injectors with necessary calibaration etc all as specified and as directed. Note : supply only spares required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately.

Drain out old unserviceable Oil from oil sump of D G set ,cleaning of sump including lub oil system with oil, pouring of engine oil complete up to oil level mark all as specified

Repairs/Overhauling of diesel engine driven generating set 30KVA including replacement of necessary minor spares for the engine and alternator, repair machining of cylinder head for the optiumum performance of the machine and overhauling of FIP and injectors with necessary calibaration etc all as specified and as directed. Repairs/Overhauling of diesel engine driven generating set 40 KVA including replacement of necessary minor spares for the engine and alternator, repair machining of cylinder head for the optimum performance of the machine and overhauling of FIP and injectors with necessary calibaration etc all as specified and as directed. Note : supply only spares required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately.
